Finger-Licking Good Pork Ribs

This is my favorite go-to recipe for parties and pot lucks because I can make it ahead of time. Pork lovers will love these barbecue pork ribs. I hope this will become a favorite in your household. You can serve this with blanched or boiled veggies on the side. My favorite is corn on the cob. Sometimes I make mashed potatoes or caramelized carrots. Depends on how busy I am. I prefer to use American Ribs (this is local pork ribs but I do not know why they call this American Ribs) when I make this because I like the ratio of the meat and ribs. Baby back ribs will also do. Baby back has more meat and a bit less fat. The pork ribs can be cooked directly over hot coals but precooking it will guarantee that your ribs are cooked and tender. Remember that unlike beef, it is not safe to eat raw pork. Always serve this with some extra barbecue sauce. The extra barbecue sauce can be frozen for as long as 6 months.     Hi chef. how would you know if the ribs is already cooked? do you need to fork tbrough it? Is there any temp required in the meat? In your video you told that we can pre cooked already right? For example can I cook already tonight them freeze then just thaw and reheat in the griller pan then submerged with the sauce? Thank you Chef. I loved all your recipes.

    You can tell by tasting it. The ribs should be fork tender but firm enough that it will fall apart when you take it out of the pan. You don’t really need to take the temperature because once it is fork tender, it is already cooked. Yes. You can cook today. Cool. Freeze. Thaw. Heat in the grill pan and dip in sauce.
