INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 1 (No-Oven Pork ribs BBQ)
2 lbs baby back ribs (or pork ribs)
Salt and pepper
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp calamansi juice or lemon juice
1/2 cup of banana ketchup or tomato catsup
4 tbsp of bbq marinade mix (any brand)
2 tbsp of soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 & 1/2 cups of water (add more if needed)
Thai chili pepper, siling labuyo (adjust to taste)
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 2 (Pasta Omelette)
120g spaghetti pasta (4 ounces) + salt + 1 tbsp olive oil
3 strips bacon
6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste + pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap
1/2 tsp oregano (optional)
Parmesan cheese

I cooked this for my family two days ago. I never expected such a good result on my end. It tastes better than eating it at restaurants. I follow everything in your recipe except i did not add lemon juice and chili to it. We eat it with steam white rice. My family looks forward to me cooking it again. Thanks for such a good recipe. The ribs look like they wet sliced horizontally but you don’t mention that, does a butcher cut it because the bones are thick. Or are you able to do it yourself .
