4 Delicious Pork Recipes
INGREDIENTS FOR No.1 (PORK GINAMAY RECIPE)
3/4 kilogram pork (cut into thin bite-size pieces)
1 can (227g) pineapple tidbits
1 can (227g) tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 and 1/2 cups water
2 medium potatoes, sliced
1 large carrot, sliced
1 small red and green bell peppers, sliced
1/4 cup green peas
Salt and pepper to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR No.2 (COCA-COLA PORK IN OYSTER SAUCE)
1 kilogram pork belly
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp calamansi extract (or lemon juice)
1 cup Coca-cola (or Sprite)
1 & 1/4 cups of water
1 & 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
INGREDIENTS FOR No.3 (PORK BELLY IN OYSTER SAUCE RECIPE)
1.3 kilogram pork belly (cut into strips)
1 head garlic, chopped
6 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp calamansi extract (or lemon juice)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 small onion, chopped
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1 & 1/2 cups boiling water
1 large red or yellow onion, sliced
String beans
INGREDIENTS FOR No.4 (BRAISED PORK BELLY RECIPE)
2.5 lbs pork belly
4-5 stalks of green onions, sliced
2 thumbs up ginger, sliced
5 cloves garlic
2 star anise
2 bay leaves
1 tsp whole peppercorns
5 tbsp brown sugar + 1/2 cup hot water
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup hot water (add more if needed)
