there will be no summons, but Incarnations i think. We already saw the MC use some attacks from Phenix, and somehow the Eikons don't obey to people, but they protect bloodlines and territories.

@@erekshigarn4022 the eikons do obey people........thats why at the start they said to kill SHIVA's Dominate....the word Dominate kind of tells us she controls the ekion...but yea i doubht the mc controls any of them just looks like he takes peices of them, he had gruda and titan and pheonix ablities.. tho its just my guess i see the MC becoming pheonix at the end of the game, it seems like he abosorbs some of the eikons when the masters die.

The whole "PC emulating the PS5 experience" thing is basically a promise that the finished game's presentation won't be downgraded from that of the trailer; it's running on PC hardware, but with the same specs as the PS5.

actually it might turn out better than the trailer most effects and shaders were not there yet .. I am most intrigued on how the world looks is it a big world like skyrim gameplay and what about towns/cities damn i'm hyped ..

@@aaronclay4665 Nah, I would say it's a 1 year build. When they recruited the Battle Designer for DMC5 a year ago, that is when they went on full scale development.

@@123eldest He is just the producer, but from what I know, producer are just as important (and sometimes more influential) as directors in Japan. The only reason he is not the director is probably because he is still working on FF XIV.

so, ff 16 is actually made by the ff 14 mmo team (art music and scenario) and under the direction of mister Yoshi P..... brace yourselves cause FF16 is gonna be the best solo FF game in a very long time.

from what I saw square had to make a statement about the ending of the trailer about the available on PC term since its a PS5 exclusive and that wasn't supposed to be included apparently. When asked about it they said no comment at this time. it's not actually confirmed to be available on PC yet for release, but if it's not it will def come about a year after the console release.

From what I understood from the trailer. That Joshua ( the small kid) is a gifted boy and the protagonist is his body guard. As we see at the end of the trailer. Joshua's father or one of the soldiers dies in front of him and the blood get on Joshua's face. He couldn't contain himself and released the gift inside him which is becoming Ifrit himself. You can hear the soldiers shouting Joshua's name and telling him to stop and wake up. At the trailer's final shot, they showed us the protagonist in his younger form which was a body guard to Joshua and then they show us his elder form who was saying he is gonna kill him. Which I think he meant Joshua or Ifrit. Maybe Ifrit or Joshua was causing chaos in the world and causing the blight to spread for years. The protagonist wants to stop the blight from spreading by killing Ifrit or Joshua. So the protagonist changed from being his body guard to his killer. Tbh I loved this trailer and what I witnessed! It is a mix of FF14 and FF15. So hyped for this game!

I think the protagonist actually gets thrown under the bus. If you notice his older self has a mark on his face that is shared with fellow soldiers. My theory is that they pin the disaster on him, imprison him, and turn him into a slave soldier. The person he wants to kill is not Joshua, but the person (or persons) behind the conspiracy.

I think Joshua is Phoenix and some other person is Ifrit (the bad guy, maybe?), probably the one who killed his father in front of him and clearly seems to be targeting Joshua too. I wonder if the boy dies (because it looks like Ifrit rips up something pretty grisly with more blood than any human would have) and the one the bodyguard protagonist swears revenge on is Joshua's killer?

As someone who has basically only played FF14, Crystal Chronicles, and a couple other spin off games, I was really hyped to see a Marlboro and a Coerl move so actively and lively.

i love Ifrit going as terrific as a Titan from SNK appearing inside the walls

Four month in and i'm watching the trailer daily, still feeling hype and emotional. I think i need help, but i'm loving it. I can't contain my hype for this game !

Did you see that it is also being directed by Naoki Yoshida who is the director of FF14? Gives me high hopes for the game cause he has done some amazing work on 14! Its gonna be awesome to see what he can create in a single player experience.

By far my favorite reveal throughout the entire event. I was SCREAMING.

thats how ifrit looks in ff14, which so happens that yoshi p the producer of 14 is also the producer of 16.

I don't care how much it costs me, I'm playing this when it comes out!

The game looks and sounds so much like Final Fantasy 14.. and I love FF14! It's really obvious that Yoshi-P and some of his devs are working on the game, the music sounds like Soken, as well. If there's one man I have total faith in with games, it's Yoshi-P.

I wish Sarah would tell how she met her fiancé. Hopefully, it is a repeatable sequence of events so I could meet someone great too.

I am not even pissed that this game doesn't have like PS5 level of graphic fidelity, it honestly looks less sandbox like FF XV and more story driven and I am perfectly ok with that! Its been a LONG time since we have had a more traditional Final Fantasy title.The fact that its Mid Evil that really peaks my interests as well. yeah PLEASE take out all that modern blend and weird scifi stuff we have had in the last FF games. Give us something that stays more true to the roots of the franchise. I will have to see more gameplay to see if I am totally sold but so far this is looking pretty good.

@@UberNoodle Its possible but from seeing the game outright, its deffinitly not using the full power of modern hardware. I mean hell even some games on PS4 look better obvously but I have always said. Graphics don't make a game and you don't need something to have this rich high fidelity photo realistic CGI depiction of character models with 4k rendered backgrounds for a game to be good. looke at DRagon quest XI, that game uses a completly different style of graphics but yet its one of the best jrpgs on modern hardware. So i am not at all dissapointed but what I want to see more of is the world, the environments and exploration as well as the main cast of characters. Before I am fully sold on it. As of now there just isn't enough shown to really make a final judgement on rather or not the game is a first day purchase for me.

@@Artimes. it was emulated on PC with specs of PS5 levels so it's not fully optimized most likely to what it will actually be once they fine-tune it and smoothed out as it will be once it gets closer to golden. It's a trailer that's basically just saying "Hey we're working on this title, here's a sneak preview of what's in store" type of situation. it looks really good and I can't wait for when they get around to showing off what it can really do once they get on an actual PS5 game trailer. I'm hoping they'll have something next week for TGS next week as well.

Hey Sarah key And. Jonathan I hope you guys really enjoyed the final fantasy 16 game

When youve gone through some more final fantasys I highly reccomend to play World of Final Fantasy you will love it

Until the logo I was kinda thinking it could be a spin-off of FF14 or something, the artstyle is super close! I also squealed a bit when the logo came up. I'm really excited, I've been hoping for a medieval setting for years for a mainline FF! I just hope it's friendly to people who are bad at action games like me, I always liked FF for being able to take my time and think my way out of fights.

Game in description: Final Fantasy XV

They went back to the Medieval theme like the old Super Nintendo versions and Tactics for the PS1 before FFVII i believe. We are going back to the days of Ivalice ya'll. Sarah I recommend you play FFVI or IV on a SNES emulator ( emulated btw means that it was mirrored into a more compressed playable video on a PC) like how you can play Emulated games on old Console Emulators via EMUparadise.com. I recommend you getting SNES9x for playing FF1-6. 6 is the most well known and more Medieval x Futuristic one and an all time fav. amongst the OG FF players.

I really think my expectations will meet the final product.

So far it looks like Ifrit kills Phoenix which also kills the dominant so the MC will be on a revenge quest for Ifrits dominant.
