When you get to sopranos it will be my favorite commentaries I already know
I don't know who's dressing the cast, but they successfully made Shiv look totally modest and conservative yet completely scandalous. That dress is so tight I can see every breath she takes. It's pretty impressive. Also...Shiv's body is goals.

The worst part is that her personality adds to the appeal
"I'm carrying a case on my wedding eve" is one of my favorite lines from this series. Tom has about 75% of the best quotes lmao

I'd say either The Wire, Boardwalk Empire or Tokyo Vice.
The Sopranos and especially The Wire are two phenomenal shows! Some of the best ever made. On par with Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul. Would love to see your reaction!

The Wire is my all time favourite show along with Boardwalk Empire, while Banshee and Tokyo Vice are in my top five! HBO always delivers premium content and I'm also looking forward to The Penguin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The kids can't help but yearn for Logan's affection but Logan only engages the kids when he wants something from them. Even when they are at odds, they want Logans approval, they dont want to be seen just as another pawn in an ellusive game that only Logan knows the rules. They want confirmation of his love. Logan often says he loves them (Austerlitz) but hasnt show his love in action. The kids grew up overshadowed by the empire Logan built and the only way they know how to get dads attention is by being involved in the company, in any and every way they can, to prove to Logan their worth. Kendall and Shiv are so spiteful they are willing to (metaphorically) kill Logan just to get his attention. Ken by the vote of no confidence/bear hug and Shiv by thretening to expose the cruise scandall. Connor and Roman are the more pitful ones, they want to win Logans affection by being kiss ass lol. Connor by being always agreeable and non confrontational and Roman by wanting to do a good job at the launch.

I think you’re the first person I see who loves Tom from the get-go, lol. Every reactor I’ve seen despises him. I understand why, but I also loved his character since the beginning; as awful as he is. Matthew’s acting gets even better in season 3!

Logan is despicable.....but maaan the mom. Youll see Edit: you hit the nail on the head about children (unqualified I might add) are given these enormous positions of responsibility that affect thousands/millions of people...yet theyre completely out of touch with reality (or the common person) with zero emotional stability or intelligence.
