I cranked the volume on high. I could hear you, but pop up commercials were a fright! Anyway- I love your FM methods! With all of the sneak in veggies and the fresh herbs! Marinade Chicken is a great way to go. And your Cottage Pie looked so comforting! I might subscribe if you keep up the good work. I like your style.

Please do an episode on dehydrating...I'm getting one soon I want to have a go at dehydrating stuff, I have my own lemon and mango trees. Would love to do that and veggies.

Sorry about that- I have been having audio issues but I’m hoping it may be fixed now for future videos- I will re make this video with better audio for everyone. Thanks for your patience as I navigate the world of video/audio- it’s so new to me…

My instant Pot has a yogurt button, I just use this, and it runs for 8 hours.

Sound very low

the volume is to low can't hear you and your CC( closed captions are off)

This is an older video I made when I was having some pretty big technology issues. I'll see if I can change the captions. There are a few videos that were filmed around this time that all have the poor audio- I invested in a new microphone and the newer videos shouldn't have this problem.
