    Thank you, Selena for this wonderful soup recipe! I have lots of frozen tomatoes in my freezer from last year’s garden. This is the perfect way to use them. Tomato soup is my husband’s favorite, so he’ll be very happy I watched your amazing video! Have a great weekend! 🌺

    I am new to your channel, but I am enjoying watching your video's so much. You mentioned that you can freeze the pasta dough, can I ask how long for, and dose it need to be room temp before working the dough? Thanks again for awesome video's :)

  • @selenastable

    Thanks so much! Yes you can freeze your dough. I usually make the pasta and cut into the desired shape (eg. Fettuccini) then freeze the batch in a freezer bag- it’s good for 3-6 months. when you cook it just boil your water as usual then put the frozen pasta straight in- no need to thaw. If you want to freeze the block of dough and roll your desired shape at a later date, it will need to be room temp to work with. I hope this clarifies- and welcome 🤗

    Our orange trees had the best fruit production when the boys were young and regularly peed on them when outside playing. Worth a try if you haven’t already.

    So, I have Bird's Original Custard Powder and from what I can find, I should be able to substitute it for Foster Clarks Custard Powder. I live in the US. Am I correct? Just found your channel and think your did a great video.

    Having everything made in advance and at the ready is key. More and more people are looking to throw money at everything that they don't want to do. Here in the US we would pay people to blow our nose if they could keep up with service as needed. Meal Delivery Services are making money because people don't want to cook. Not that they don;t have time (that is what they say to justify the cost). But they could save a ton of money if they just put in a bit of effort. Every Generation tries to make things easier for the next Generation, then they say "these kids don't even know how good they've got it!" Well...teach the skills to make things easier without busting the bank! More over- Show them how easy it can be done, and explain all of the reasons why it is better to do it yourself. It's our fault that kids are the way that they are, we are not teaching them better. Change the world- one kid at a time!

    You are making amazing videos❤❤❤❤ I noticed your KZread channel and you're doing great! I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are excellent but still it is not delivering the right audience due to SEO problems. Focusing on your SEO to get a big fanbase would be best. I have some ideas on how to boost your audience and engagement. Would you like to talk about it for a while? Let's talk and I'll share my strategies with you.

    I’m just new to your videos, love your kitchen! Will try your salts. I planted different basil’s around the perimeter of all my garden beds (7), so I had to much to keep up with 😂 I had lemon basil, omg the scent is heavenly!, I also have chocolate mint and it’s heavenly also. I laughed when you said oregano, you say it the same way as I do, and it’s the American pronunciation, I follow a lot of Americans on KZread also, I even say cilantro 😂 I’m in Nsw.

  • @selenastable
    @selenastable14 күн бұрын

    You can, it’s just my personal preference to keep the texture of my finished product with some super fine and some granular. I have blended all the salt in the past and just prefer it this way.

    You make me want to get chickens again 🤭😬. Have you tried white oil on your mandarin tree? It cleaned our black soot off really well and so far it hasn't returned. Also we wait until after the first frost to pick our mandarins...they are sweet after a frost.
