As always the recipe for todays video is as follows:
Sizzler style cheese toast:
1/2 cup butter- softened
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
pinch salt
Roasted tomato soup:
1-2 kg tomatos (or 2x 800g tins roma tomatos)
1 jar passata
1 onion
5-7 garlic cloves
1 lg sweet potato
1 capsicum
2 lg carrot
1 stick celery
herbs (oregano, basil)
Salt (or seasoning salt
pepper
