200 ml warm milk.
7 grams of dry yeast.

Das sieht richtig schön aus. Als Idee würde ich nach dem gegangenen Zustand der gekneteten Brote bevor die Brote in den Ofen kommen, ein Gemisch aus: Wasser, Milch, und etwas Öl vermischen und diese Mischung dann auf das Teiggut also (die Brote ),die in den Ofen gebacken werden sollen drauf gegeben wird , so dass nachher das Brot braun werden kann.Sie haben das sehr schön vorgemacht ,mit den Broten ,ein dickes Kompliment wie sie das hergestellt haben so kann man es am ehesten nachvollziehen danke dafür.
Ich schaue dir aus Deutschland zu. Altenburg in Thüringen. Ich werde dein Brot nachbacken und hoffe das es so gut ausschaut und schmeckt wie deins... Liebe Grüße Andreas
