White Bun Recipe:
700 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
400 ml warm milk.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
80 ml sunflower oil.
10 grams of baking powder.
10 ml apple cider vinegar.
50 grams of butter.
1 egg yolk.
Milk.
Sesame.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!

I’ve tried this recipe, my breads are soft after few days. I added baking Soda instead of baking powder by mistake but my bread still turned out super flyweight fluffy! Great recipe.

Baking powder is made of baking soda plus cream of tartar and cornstarch.

While the majority of the people are commenting on the subject of this beautiful video, I would like to thank you for the professional production of this video! I am so tired of all the "how to" videos where 75% of the time the camera is looking into the face of the presenter (wanabe star) instead of at the subject of the video! I cant imagine all time and thought that went into producing this video! . . . . . Well done!

Acho desnecessário e muita falta de ética quando elogia um bom trabalho, desmerecer o trabalho de outros,cada vídeo é apresentado segundo a sabedoria de cada um,eu não fico presa a um vídeo se não me agrada, melhor pular para outro vídeo,quem fala mal de uma pessoa, com certeza falará de mim se houver alguma falha,por isso não me agrada me fazerem um elogio expondo as falhas dos outros, pessoas que fazem isso não são de confiança.
