If iam not mistaken this song was dedicated to the lead singers mom who had past away some time before the album was released, but not 100% sure on that.

The mandolin is actually something called an Irish bouzouki (I think) ;-)

AND I DID IT!

and Feuerschwanz is releasing a new video in about 90 min from now "SGFRD Dragonslayer" .. can't wait for that one The way I understand this song is that Death said we must live our lives by living and not wishing it away. Live like today is your last. (Hence the 11th Commandment) Their Song Memento Mori is basically a follow up on this song.
