idk, I was pretty unsupervised as a teenager. Not defending them or her, they're all scum, but my parents only knew where I was when I was out of the neighborhood(like with a friends parent being driven somewhere, school, etc). I lived in a big suburban development and we pretty much did whatever whenever. You're a freshman in high school at 14.

Lie detector tests aren’t fully accurate that’s why they can’t be used in court just because you take a lie detector test doesn’t mean the individual is telling the truth or lying. From the evidence I’ve seen I think they got caught her age was exposed when the cops arrived so she flipped it into ‘’I told him I was 14’’ to save herself. Holy crap, you don't understand the law at all do you? They can't just "send it to the judge anyway". No charges were filed (ie. the girl's parents didn't follow up with law enforcement). This cease and desist is simply saying, if it wasn't enough for you to press charges and pursue it in court, you can't keep publicly calling someone a pedophile. If he actually did it, then have him arrested and let it progress through the proper channels. Otherwise, it's just social media stupidity.

Dude you clearly have some of your facts wrong. Another state can't just investigate something that happened outside its jurisdiction. And they can't just charge someone and "leave it up to the jury." I believe there is probably enough evidence to charge him but it's not like when someone is charged they just submit it and leave it up to the judge and jury like you said. It's a felony and would have had to be submitted to a grand jury before trial for an indictment. If they return no indictment that's it. They can't just leave it up to the judge and jury, if that was how it worked they could charge anyone with anything for any reason with no evidence. Also, braille is not connected to scientology. Aaron Kyro is, he did a scientology commercial 9 years ago. But there's no evidence that he still is. Religion and business are separate. he lied to the police, said he only met her one time and she said she was 18-20... but the mother found proof that he was seeing her daughter for over a month/2 prior to the police being involved and deciding to not investigate it and drop charges because of his connection with braille and if they did press charges it would impact / effect not only potter, but braille and the rest of California. the last thing anyone wants is for this to go out the public or mainstream news. this is why braille, fetty and others have stayed silent on this and just want to cover it up so it goes away so they can keep doing what they do... targeting children for profits
