So today, I decided to go in Bloomington for a 2001-130 5-min alert. I've been hearing a lot of 130s, but it was still cool to see and I had a great time. It went off at right on the dot at 1:45, and sounded for it's full cycle.
History on the siren: This siren is the replacement for the 1003 located on the Riverview Office Tower down the road. In some of my old videos, I zoomed in on this particular siren. It was installed in November of 2019.
Hennepin County tests on the First Wednesday of each month at 1:00PM. Today, they tested during SWA (Severe Weather Awareness Week) at 1:45PM and 6:45PM for 5 minutes.
