Fblthp - The Unknown Side of Magic the Gathering
Magic the Gathering is home to many recurring characters who have shown up in cards and stories over multiple years. Most often these recurring characters are planeswalkers, powerful mages who can travel to different realities and thus are able to be present for any major storyline or event in Magic’s multiverse. However there are also several characters who are stuck on just one plane who regardless have shown up several times throughout the game’s history. And perhaps no named recurring creatures are as infamous or unusual as the homunculus named Fblthp

I choose to believe Fblthp’s visual design is inconsistent because no one has ever found him and therefore doesn’t know what he looks like. People just going off of the verbal description they were given.
I'd love if fblthp was wandering the multiverse after phyrexia, ultimately turning into a planeswalker who gets very lost
I bet Fblthp and Sangan would be be good buddies, assuming they'd be able to find each other. They've been through some things.

Should have mentioned that the default art for arena cards is the art from totally lost
I have to say, I enjoyed this charachter history far more than I thought I would.
Better character story than most of the planeswalkers.

Gatecrash was my first set and my first pack shaped my love for Ravnica. Tin Street Market made me feel a sense of community from the grand city, and Totally Lost was quickly a favorite thanks to its flavour text. My first Mythic was in the same pack as Master Biomancer and is still my favourite card to date (and Simic is my favourite guild). All in all, Ravnica is absolutely the best plane in the multiverse.

Now with the omen paths being used to travel the multi verse we can probably see him on ANY plane likely riding a dinosaur on ixalan or being chased by a horse of zombies on innistrad

I had no idea about Fblthps lore, but now that Im watching this video Im all for it (it somewhat reminds me of some old illustrated childrens books I read as a child called "Pettson & Findus", or "Festus & Mercury" in the USA, that used to hide a lot of small creatures doing all sorts of shenanigans around the pages XD).
