Jerry, the US actually spends $90 billion a year to spread propaganda against China, Russia, and other countries. Most of that money is spent on propaganda against China! The $300 million that people think the US spends on propaganda against China is actually an additional money the Biden administration added onto the $90 billion to spread even more propaganda stories against China! The US pays news stations, movie companies, book authors, magazines, newspapers, universities, and social media content creators to write and make negative videos about China! The US government goes as far as paying people outside of the US to spread lies on their news stations about China and to write negative newspapers and magazines articles about China, such as paying writers in Africa $1000 a piece if the writers could write a good negative story about China! Just imagine what the US could do with that $90 billion a year if it uses it to improve the lives of poor Americans instead of to spread lies about China!

Most of the public infrastructures in the US were built in the 1960,70 & 80s, hence by now are old, shaky, outdated with lots of wear & tear of being overused & not replaced or upgraded. 😊

The biggest threat to the US critical infrastructure is (hold your breath + drum rolls) the US government!!! Also, what infrastructure? Last time I checked, the US is at least 20 years behind China when it comes to infrastructure, what's the point for China to even invest in this activity when the American gov is doing it better than their hypothetical enemies?? Even in cities where the water is safe. Besides you are nitpicking, i had not gone out at night or to the city for years because our "free, democratic" society is more concern about pronouns then basic safety. I recently received a letter asking me to attend a workshop for these LGBT... stuff. And the workshop is after work hours. Bloody ridiculous
