Nope. All spy sats are not equal to synthetic aperture radars. Most spy sats are just communication sats. They take time to position themselves, and you need at least 2 rotations around earth to cover every latitude and longitude in the designated area. They aren't real time too. Drones and animals with cameras are real-time data.
