Also Boeing: "WOW! Your model kit looks as worn as the oldest Super Hornets (2000) do now!" Seriously. I think the first production lot Super Hornets (E and F models) are about service life expired unless they underwent structural reinforcement. The airframes were originally guaranteed to 6000hrs but the Navy was looking at extending to 8000 and possibly 10,000hrs per plane. The Super Hornet will be around until at least the 2030s and possibly the 2040s. Production has already been extended past the original contract. The F-35 is just too expensive and it's not reliable no matter what the Lockheed fanboys say. I think the Navy is buying less than 300 F-35C's.

It's either very basic English or someone in that modeling industry has a sense of humor... It's actually charming. Cute and gets to the point! "So I made special tools". I've been doing that almost 40 years. Most of my builds spawned micro-saws, micro-chisels, bores and awls, scribing templates and panel patterns specific to the make and model. Your video production values and pacing are eminently watchable, from a fellow modeller who can't leave kit parts alone! It's a matter of technical necessity that I correct glaring or subtle inaccuracies. I have so many similar "pecadillos" while kit-bashing. And it's nice to see someone else do a lot of them, too, in a compact and extensive summary. Now and then I have received surprised comments, from builds I post, that, "It's 1/72nd?! It looks 1/48th!" That has to be the ultimate compliment. Thank you for taking the time and putting in the effort to produce these wonderful "How-to" episodes.

Thank you so much for sharing your model build! I use to build models as a child but lacked the skill and tools for a very good build. I started building again and use your videos as a reference. Also, narrating what paint and parts are used really helps. Thank you so much! I hope you continue to do more builds.

Awesome as always - some folk are kind about my model making, but you take it to another level! I point them to your channel and say, 'thank you for the kind compliments, but no........ this guy (Plasmo) is a great modeller!' Here's a tip though, some bolt head and rivet detail can be added, before, or after priming, using a pin and Resin W (white PVA of the correct thickness), with practice good bolt heads or rivets can be achieved (then over painted with top coat or base colour).
