18-cylinder, so only 36 wires. 😅The b29 was slightly harder, with 144 wires for spark plugs.

Yeah, but I don't understand why he didn't put the cover over the trays beforehand, put the decal on, and then cut it out ?? Way less risk after the decals have set and are dry.

I must disagree. 🤔 This kit was quite detailed and complex, so I only painted it and made some minor improvements in 3D. 😅

@@idaemonplasmo I have to disagree on principle. Doesn't matter how detailed a kit can be, if the person making it isn't able to put it together in a coherent manner and with an advised mind. You have the precision, the dedication and the outlook necessary to take a good kit (like this one) and make it far more than the sum of its parts. I've seen enough models to know that you're one step away from masterpieces. The kind of stuff you'd see in old museums. Also, those "minor" improvements are far more than just improvements. They took the kit from great to chef's kiss. Top work.

👍 Why is it that I start to shiver whenever you say: "Some Minor Modifications"?? 🤣

This isn’t model making, it is a true piece of art! The attention to detail, the 3D printed add-ons the weathering, the wiring. It is a class of its own. Amazing. Thanks for sharing your expertise. Best regards Norman.

Every David video I watch I think to myself this is at the higher end of my skill set. But I could probably pull this off. Then I watch the other 33 minutes in awe, thinking there is no effing way I could do that.

Man you never cease to impress. That 3D printed plumbing behind the engine is pretty OP. I’ll have to invest in the hardware/software for that when the kids get a bit older.

"I didn't know what to improve" ... is he okay? Minutes later "Okay I couldn't resist" .... there he is.

Nah. Did any mortal dare to try achieve same level of perfection in building such model? You can be sure that level of detail will be over any unreasonable amount and skill set needed to made this model will exceed skills of all Greek Gods combined😂

​@@idaemonplasmo no soot behind the turbo charger exhaust though? Its the opening in front of the rear wheel. The other openings in front of the wing root are the wastegate openings. Great build though, and i love your added bits. Well done as always.
