Lamb head,reminds me my childhood when my grandfather put me on he’s knees when I was 4-5 years old and we eat together the brain.. I’m 31 and the only memory i had from was this.. god bless you,you made my day 🙏🏻

As a Turkish guy I had the same experience in Venezia. I had eat a fish soup which contained (at least visually) same ingrediants as the kelle paca. And it was the best soup I have ever eated. Great channel!! btw: 'kelle' = head; and 'paca' is for the trotters

How did you find yourself in gaziosmanpasa? Jokes aside i can say as a turk this is by far the best video made by a foreign i ve seen about our food culture. Almost every video shows popular meals like doner but you tried some meals even turkish people don't try in their life.

Hi Max, the rice with chickpeas and chicken breast look a bit dry. They should give you some sauce to pour over. The salami sandwich looks dry to me too (maybe it is not the case with you). But the lamb head stew looks very yummy. I don't think we can have lamb head and brain stew here. Have fun. Thank you for showing us around Istanbul.
