Zero odor for head meat is amazing, and layers of spices on meat, or layered meat with spices; most of the time, we see pot of oil frying falafels, this time it's fish, should be less effort than falafels, yet there must be mastery behind just frying battered fish... the food is beautiful, the city walk is beautiful too.
