I was thinking about you the other day, wondering if you were okay. I didn't know if i should have messaged you or not idk that's probably really dumb of me. I'm glad you're still here. I don't want you to die. You're such a kind, helpful and beautiful person and I know anorexia is so fucking terrible to go through. I'm sorry for how they treated you there, but you can pull through this. You'v done it before and you can do it again. Stay strong xxx

agree with running in nature/near water. it also helps with "recharging" your energies when you're closer to nature.

No kind of exchange, how dare they tell you blanket if you eat/drink?? ... but it seems that empathy for our illness is low regardless of the country we live in .... I'm in the uk... I can tell you some stories similar... you are beautiful, I know you can't hear it, you'll deny it... your potassium goes low because of the purging not because of your weight, it's water balance and the dehydration that happens because of purging .... don't let this illness win because you know this disease kills ... please, you have to find something in you to know you are worth it xxx. Keep fighting xxxx
