Ingredients
90g unsalted butter
20 g caster sugar
50g parmesan cheese (powdered type is acceptable)
1g of salt
black pepper
70g cake flour
50g almond powder

ありがとうございます。バターの配合が多いレシピなので、ほんの少し温かい状態にすると、食感がほどけるように柔らかくなります。
成形後はそのまま３ヶ月ほど冷凍保存ができる点は便利です。いつでも食べたい時に冷凍庫から出してそのままオーブンで焼くことができます。
