    Omg. This makes so much sense. My core is strong but not consistent for sure. The cool thing is that working on this helps everything - your joints as well as your pelvic floor!

    Happy i found you. 29 with a spine of an elderly person. Been through pt and other treatments that just arent getting me off the emotional cycle but your approach gives me alot of hope. Nobody else is really talking about full day movement mechanics mostly fitness like youve said and when youre in pain every day from a serious injury youre past the point where fitness is the issue. I can hardly move right now so im interested to see how my year with your work turns out

    Its exactly the same, that I start experiencing like after some month practising. It comes just from itself that small amount of strenth. Bevor I just tried too hard. And it is really not difficult to achive. But one day it is just there without you thinking about. ITS great!

    Does your program have different plans for people with different back issues?

    I threw my back out again and my pelvis is so tilted that if I stand straight my left foot is 2" off the ground. I used to be able to pull it back to a more stable point with my abs in a mirror. essentially flippy the tilt to the opposite side. That is not working now as the tilt is bad on both sides now. I also have spondylolisthesis. I'm not sure what to do. Been on the couch for three days now. any advice?

    I would highly recommend working with a movement therapist. When you learn the necessary tools for your own body you can get yourself out of any flare up. Eventually flare ups happen less and less.

    Is sciatic nerve issues considered chronic back pain?

  • @TheHbrowning

    The question is always what is causing your sciatic pain and that always goes back to what core connection is not happening and what dysfunction is.

    Hi 2 questions: 1)What do you think about kneeling chair? I have a Varier and I'd like to know your opinion. 2) Is this chair good for anterior pelvic fix?

  • @CoreBalance

    @CoreBalance

    6 ай бұрын

    Hi Aquila, thank you for your comment! Dr. Ryan believes that there is no chair that can be indefinitely comfortable and good for the body. It's the variety and the ability to move and change position that the body likes. The discs benefit from movement, allowing them to absorb fluid and function better. Varier chairs often promote dynamic sitting, allowing users to move and shift positions easily. This movement can engage core muscles and encourage a more natural and active posture, potentially reducing the likelihood of an unfavorable pelvic tilt. It really depends on your body and preferences. 😊
