She actually said she would look at the whole situation as to what all was going on, which she hopes that they (investigators) will do in her case. But... you have NO EXPLANATION for why you acted like that, so WHAT was the whole situation? Maybe because you were just not in the mood to stop for some petty officer & that you were highly appalled that he did not show you leniency & favoritism from the very start & then he had the audacity to treat you like "common folk?" The officer did his job correctly & with respect. So I don't understand, What "whole situation" is she referring to?? That she thought his lights directly following her were meant for someone else? (Seriously makes her look even more pathetic) Whats the "WHOLE situation?" Sounds like she wants them to take into account her previous 30 years? There is just no sympathy or understanding of 'WHY' she acted the way she did except that she expected "privilege" & thought she was above the law.

Or certainly never called out on...? Ok, so great, she claims she has worked well for 30 yrs. Well that's in the past. Now it is time to go, because she clearly CAN NOT HANDLE the stress anymore. And due to the fact that she called the police chief THREE times.... how do we know she hasn't actually just gotten the 'privilege' in the past?? (Just wasn't made public) The trust is gone! Her behavior (of which she has NO EXPLANATION for) was SOOO outrageously disrespectful that she shouldn't be able to keep that position. The public has ZERO TRUST in her!! "ZERO!!" She doesn't appear genuinely sorry. Embarrassed (as she should be)... but not sorry. She regrets being caught.

Yeah, I think she blew this interview, a threat? That is a lame response she repeats. Why would they think a traffic stop(she knew she was speeding) be a threat? Not a threat makes 0 sense. Thinking he wanted someone else makes 0 sense. Any situation flashing lights behind means pull over or move aside. If he doesn't want you he'll keep going. Why was she rushing home and now I wonder what she's hiding. All the talking in the garage with the supervisor we didn't hear, did they smell alcohol? She doesn't make it easy to let this go. I don't think she should lose her job, she's eaten a humble pie over it and hopefully learns from the mistakes we all make, but I don't buy her answers.

@@MsSweetpea1958 Yes, she is a highly corrupt liar her so called ‘service’ was highly probably identically corrupt the last 10-20 years if not always. she must be charged for evading and eluding for the beginning like everybody would have been. Her corrupt benefit is already not being thrown face down on the concrete in her garage cuffed at gun point when she entered her home and run w/o control around in her garage. She can apparently always have such day while in office in huge power over fate of people. After so many years of such her ‘service’ it is enough of her ‘service’ - somebody new must take over the service she regrets as every criminal that she was caught and nothing else she is lying again in the interview or she was lying than, because allegedly she did not see or hear the officers car, but now she is saying that she called the chief ‘that she was not a thread’ knowing that she was committing a crime of evading and eluding and can be cuffed at gun point or land her pinokio nose on the concrete in a minute. So she saw the police car. As she said to the police officer, she just was entitled not to stop in public. She must be charged with eluding and evading, and resisting w/o violence, as everybody else, independently from all investigations of such her conduct in office A lying prosecutor is not acceptable in office, there will always be the first question: are you lying now like than? Is it another your day fixing evidence or witnesses? And she probably was on something, maybe like last 10 years of her ‘service’ or even always, She cannot be a prosecutor any more If she keeps her license as lawyer she can still work as lawyer in a firm if somebody hires her. It is not like her life was ruined.

She said she has ‘reached out twice to try to apologize to him’. Did she send him an email? Leave a phone message? I worked for law enforcement for 30+ years . If there was a commendation or complaint about an officer, it went down the chain of command. She should not have been trying to contact the officer directly.

Her apology only came after she was busted. The 'Bad Day' defense doesn't work in her court room and shouldn't work for her. Thousands of criminals are in jail/prison for making one bad 'mistake'. She needs to go away.
