I am referring to the _lieutenant,_ their boss, the bald guy standing in the garage who is apologizing to her . you'd need to hear the conversation on the "raw video" version, this video does not have it... he admits that "we are where we are" because the newer officers did not know were she lived... so if they knew where she lived they would have known better than to pull her over. The lieutenant and DA are corrupt.

What is most pathetic is that there are multiple life-threatening calls heard on the officer's radio. One regarding a teenager having seizures, one regarding a missing person. 5 officers, an LT, and the chief were tied up with this poor speeding 'don't you know who I am' Karen, when there were multiple people who REALLY NEEDED THE POLICE. Absolutely disgraceful.

As a police officer of 20 years, you ma'am, are a complete embarrasment to your county and office. You made it clear that you were above the law because of your position. The same thing you would have hung an officer or citizen for doing. You are the very definition of entitled and abuse of authority. How can anyone, citizen or cop, trust you to lawfully prosecute the law, if you can't lawfully follow the law?? You have proved that u cannot make an unbiased judgment, in situations that change people's lives FOREVER. Heaven forbid you have to follow the same laws you sentence people to jail for breaking. This is outrageous that she was not arrested! Someone needs to take charge and put this women in her place, she is not above the law! It’s outrageous!

Watch as she hides the white bag inside her house and then is holding a black bag. Keeps shifting around, going back in her car, confused whether she showed her badge or her ID. She refused his commands, not letting him enforce the law, which would’ve answered to which degree she was intoxicated. If this was the average citizen, their car would’ve been approached with gun drawn and they would been told to keep their hands on the steering wheel. The phone call with the chief made the officer question himself. She should’ve been forced to comply. I wish I could see them watching this video for the first time back at the station.

Huh? Everyone else would barely make it out of the car for fleeing, they wouldn't be allowed to go into the house. He was scared, kissed her ass and when his back up showed up he stopped him from treating her like everyone else and Said let Capt deal with her. They played they're part knowing by policy everything is being recorded. We hear what's said but they can communicate with hands with camera looking down. He even warned him he's recording to avoid him saying the wrong thing. Yes he should have arrested her. Disgusting

She's the district attorney so that means she's above the law. Remember that. She does. If an emergency vehicle is behind you, whether they're chasing you or somebody else, aren't you supposed to pull over and let them pass?

If any of the tax paying citizens who pay her salary ignored an officer by not pulling over, drove to their home and into their garage, went inside their home when the officer told them not to, they would be ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY. This is outrageous.

in the raw video version of this she and the lieutenant have a conversation in the garage where she says "I just assumed the Webster PD knows where I live" and the Lieutenant replies "no, they do not all know, some of these guys have been here less than a year and so we are where we are".. in other words, the cop that pulled her over were just not trained yet to not do it. If she tries to prosecute others for doing what she did? those others should play this video in court! Under our laws you can NOT apply the laws to one and not the other as laws are suppose to be equal justice and punishments! If anyone gets caught speeding where she was speeding and does the same as she did and gets arrested? I would suggest they sue the police for their arrest and sue the city and show this video in the court! Cops can not apply the laws like this! She should have been arrested!

I don't care if you are "THE DA". You are not above the law. She needs to be removed if she does not feel she needs to follow the law. Anyone else would have been checked for drunk driving and charged as a felon. Her flight was, in my opinion, a diversion because she was under the influence. "Circumstances" are irrelevant to noncompliance.

A District Attorney that is above the law. HOW does she still have a job when she won’t even obey the laws! This is sickening!
