    I read that since she has already admitted guilt and paid the fine, technically, the city police can not add any more charges on to this criminal altercation. The speeding case is closed. But she is going to be investigated by the state for misconduct. That was announced by the NY governor today.

    The city council unanimously signed a letter to the NY AG. After that the President of the Bar Association was assigned to investigate. It is hard to believe anyone involved in this will look on her favorably, I would argue even more so specifically because she's a DA. I only clicked on this thinking there was already an update, was hoping for a resignation.

    This is why people get mad because people like her in positions of power get away with stuff. If it was a normal person they would have arrested them for reckless driving, fleeing and evading disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. But no she gets let off with a ticket.     Unbelievable, when News broke here in rochester, she send a letter saying that she didn't know that she was driving 55 on 35 that she was to close to her home that's why she didn't pull over so the police has to follow her to her home and they give the ticket and the next day she pay, but in the police bodycam she is refusing to get the damn ticket and said she don't care she need to resign for lying and not follow the laws and the audacity to said:; just gimme the ticket i am the one who Prosecute ,tell you everything we need to know

    Many years ago, after a brain charlie horse, and making a left turn with about 3 signs saying "No Left Turn", I told the officer who pulled me over to also write me a ticket for DWS {Driving While Stupid}. He got a chuckle out of that and just let me go.

    I watched the whole video. She called THE CHIEF to try to get the cop to back off. She all BUT said she was going to make the cops life miserable. The Sargent also came out. They all told him, on camera, they were not stopping him from issuing a ticket (but not one BACKED HIM UP either). At least those two should be seriously reprimanded as well.

    She needs to be arrested and charged with speeding, reckless driving, resisting arrest and eluding. We'll never know if she was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol like the last time she was arrested. She should have been fired already and she probably should lose her law license.

    I thought in the state of NY that nobody is above the law. I don't care what her political affiliation is. Humbled and full to blame? Then take responsibility and simply resign. Save the tax payers, that you serve, the expense of an investigation that will end in your termination anyway.

    Oh wake the F up. Trump's only problem was he was NOT part of deep state and would not go along with their plan. If you'd remember, Trump was a darling of the left, until the very day he announced he would run against 33,000 felony count, Hillary and IMMEDIATELY the long knives came out from the entire MSM, DNC, and RINOs. Prior to that, Trump was loved so much by the left, Oprah probably would have consented to having his love child.

    "Investigation" in the nonfiction world, means gathering evidence, documenting how it was gathered and who was in possession of it at every stage before trial. That's so that any effort to claim it has been contaminated or altered can be rebutted. This is especially important when it comes to audio and video recordings.

    What OTHER LAWS does she not care about? She is obviously the type of person who, on any given day, will change a "YES" to a "I said NO" and a male will stand no chance to defend himself. Such people are VERY dangerous to have in our legal system and in any business for that matter.
