The latter cleans up some of the scenes of the former, adds aesthetic details like damage to Cloud's motorcycle and blood, and includes nearly half an hour of extra scenes. If you already have _Advent Children Complete,_ you're missing nothing; if you have only _Advent Children,_ you might like to see the new stuff. I think the later renditions were him refining the omnislash into its own thing rather than a hodgepodge of all those moves in one.

Cloud is the only one who can lowkey omnislash Sephiroth while One-Winged Angel theme is playing.

I'm surprised that Wold of Final Fantasy has not only the flashiest omnislash of all, but also one that looks more like an omnislash than the ones we had in every single Kingdom Hearts combined

Every version after the original falls short of it in one key aspect: sound design. The originals sound effects for each cut are just so sharp, loud, and _violent._ I really hope the remakes take special care with that aspect of it.

I had no idea there was actually so many versions nor games. 😱😱😱😱 i only ever played the PlayStation 1 version. 😩😩 i feel like I miss a lot growing up now. 😭😭

That final Omnislash in the original game to me was the single most badass thing for a game from that period of time. Watching the limit fill up, just before he annihilates Sephiroth. It' the most satisfying victory for such a difficult boss

If the Remake version of the final boss fight between Cloud and Sephiroth doesn't end EXACTLY the same as the original... there will be rioting oO

Omnislash is one of my favorite limit attacks in the Ff series it’s just so cool.

Not sure if you know, but Omnislash is also in Final Fantasy 14 It’s the level 2 limit break for melee DPS classes and is also featured in several boss fights, including the final Omega boss fight

the first omni slash ever is still the best one ever, the slow stare down contest, the slow built up of the limit break bar as if mimicking Cloud anger and frustration building up throughout the game, to finally unleash one devastating attack that even sephiroth, the one sob that has been making your life miserable and no one has eve managed to defeat cant even fend off..... it is still one of the most satisfying final fight of gaming history

I recorded the steam release which is kind of remastered I guess. The character models have been touched up. Plus I recorded on max resolution with all the settings cranked up to max.

The PSP Dissidia Omnislashes were my favorite, had enough flashes and movement ls along with the final hit, was amazing and now can’t wait when Omnislash comes on the Remake

Did you know that sometimes, once the Final Smash is over, Cloud can actually get a normal limit break? It took a while, but I got the gauge charged up enough so that the accumulated hits from Omnislash were enough to put him over his limit! That was a fun stamina round, especially considering the fact that I finished it with a Limit Broken Cross Slash!

Kinda hard for them to make the kingdom hearts one awesome when he's attacking you lol. They know dam well the real one would kill sora

Yeah you get Ultimate Heroes just like you get Jobs. Ultimate Heroes are basically skins that transform the base job into the new character. It gives you the new characters Ultimate abilities, new animations and voices and new abilities which go on top of and stack with the base jobs abilities and stats. It's pretty awesome. The game has like a dozen of these now. Cloud, Sephiroth, Tifa, Aerith, Tidus, Yuna, Yshtola, Lightning, Squall and even Gilgamesh!! Plus a few more.

@@cillbipher2613 spoiler warning for remake I think he does know it. It's implied that the entire party got knowledge of future events after defeating the whispers at the end. Every time they killed a part of it they got some visions of the future and I think they more or less know what happens in the original FF7 now. In fact, that's probably why Cloud tried omnislashing Sephiroth in the first place - because he knew that it killed Sephiroth the first time around.

Can't wait to use this move in the remake in twenty years
