EVE Online - PI T2 Factory Planet Setup - 2020

Ойындар

This is the best way to setup a factory planet that I have found through trial and error. I'm setting up for Coolant, in order to make fuel blocks.

Awesome! Could you make a video for your extraction planets? So far this is the most helpful Pi video I've seen.

This is the best P2 factory method for sure. Tried various methods myself but couldn't find a better way of making P2. Note that all of the p.g and cpu is taken when using this method making use of all your building capability.

roughly, bring 79,500m3 of a tier 1 and another 79,500m3 of a second tier 1 to the customs office. 31,560 of 1 tier one, and 31,560 of the other tier one will go to the storage. then the rest if the first 48,000m3 will go into one launcher and the other 48,000m3 will go to the second launcher. this should fill them all. There was a tiny bit of wasted space, so you can dial that in and reply to correct those numbers. PI ROCKS!

I still use this, love it. With the new update PI just reduced its m3 value for materials. so you can fit like double in your hull, in a launchpad, storages etc.

Hey, great video thank you so much. I would suggest getting a mouse that will allow you to bind double click to one button. It makes this process SO much easier.

Theres a lot of double links which you don't necessarily need. You can save fitting if you use less. I like to spiral my links when I have a large array.

My extractor planets (for the most part) pull only one resource, like water, or electrolytes, but not both, sometimes I put two launch pads in two different spots on a planet and extract water for example from just the nice red/white spots. Also, on small planets, you can just run long links to another extractor. In Short: Multiple extractors on one planet I do quite often, but usually pulling the same resource...

So on some planets you are basically orbital Nestle.

just an update on this the figures currently stand at 52,631 units of p2 for each lauch pad and then the transfer into the storage is 50/50 which works out to 31,578 units for each material. This is because the storage holds 12,000m3 and the lauchpads only holds 10,000m3. You will need some left over to top up the launch pads back to full so in total bring 84,209 exactly

Drop the collecting launch pad, add storage and feed the product back to landing pads. With a that and less links you can prob have extra factory or two.

The first time i did this 7 years ago, my finger tips were hurting and numb after a few months of constantly clicking.. now i have stage one Arthritis in my thumb and index finger. Don't get him started about having to double click to update your lines either LoL. When its all built you can update your lines for better through put and each line goes to 10.

So I've used your video here to make a production planet. It works well, but I was wondering if it's possible to do two T2 products on one factory planet?

Do you ever have to purchase PI material to run your factory? I know that you mentioned that you have extractor planets, but I can't seem to get enough basic industry factories to meet the needs of the advanced factories like you have. I seem to only be able to fuel 12 advanced factories.

Should this work if you substitute the storage for an launchpad? I tried, but it's pulling from the secondary LP before the main LPs are emtpy.

It "mostly" works in the order you create the routes. But I have noticed some planets don't care and seem to randomly pull from wherever they feel like...

so. lose storage, and 1 lunch pad. you have to many links. Arange P2 processor in square and link them in strait line. You can put about 24P2 with 2 pads. bigger output
