In this video I bumble my way through setting up a planet to do P0 to P2. Hope it helps you out, feel free to ask any questions in the comments.

Absolutely perfect, thank you! I was looking specifically for a video about doing P2 on one planet because I don't want to do the whole super efficient hauling from Extraction Planets to Factory Planets - I just want a few very low-maintenance planets churning out some T2 for myself.

Hey Salty Dad, can we have the next vid in the series? P3 and a P4 factory setup? Great detailed vid by the way!

not sure if it still works like this, but double routing used to cause loss of materials -- when you double route your p1 product to your p2 facility, it creates a 'race condition' of sorts, where the p2 facility is ready to accept the routed p1 product, both routes fire at the same time, only one gets queued up, but the other p1 product route still fires and is lost. you should only create one route per p1 product from your launchpad to each p2 facility -- it doesnt matter which incoming route you initially select because the outgoing route is based on the product stored in the launchpad, not the individual incoming route of that product.

Also, I didn't see you install a storage facility.

You dont really need one since you are compressing everything to P2

I'm trying to do this on a lava planet, but when I try and create the launchpad, it says it can't because it would interfere with the Command Centers cpu capacity. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?
