EUROVISION RAMMSTEIN TECNO POP SONG?!? | Käärijä - Cha Cha Cha (Finland) | ELDER EMUNK REACTION
Ойын-сауық
When you get asked to react to a Eurovision song, you answer the call. Finland seems a favorite to win and with this song, I can tell why!

Best reply.
I would die for this boy, honestly
I've never been prouder to be Finnish
This is a classic Finnish drinky song. We have loads of songs about getting drunk. That's why I think this was a perfect representation about Finland and Finns. A postmodern mixed bag of music styles with slight porn references. I love it. We didn't win. But who cares. We had fun and showed rest of the world who we really are. Very proud to be a Finn.
Yes, it's Rammstein tattoo. Käärijä love Rammstein.

You should definetly check out his other songs. Viulunkieli, Välikuolema, Fantastista, Rock Rock And Mic Mac are great for example.

I agree with you, great song from Sweden, but nowhere near as creative, catchy and popular as Finland.

It was certainly not up to the standard of ''Euphoria'', which I knew would win as soon as I heard it. I felt the same about ''Cha Cha Cha'', so did my fellow Scousers by the sound of it.@@elderemunk
It was fantastic. Never watched a clip from Eurovision as many time. And Dădi is my second. Darn I cant write Daudi right Daųdi Dædi,darn . In Swedish Daudi😅
Many have seen a human centipede there, but Käärijä actually call it "possujuna" (piggy train). I personally see it more like slightly pornish, than a reference to a horror movie...

Really!?!? Thanks for that bit of trivia, very interesting.

He also calls his green jacket 'kaalimato' (cabbage worm) which is a reference to a Finnish sex toy store 🐛.
This is how you win.
A crowd and televoting favourite but the jury vote swung it for Sweden with a power ballad from Loreen The lyrics are interesting on the change in style occurs when he goes from being too shy to dance to being the "king of the dance floor" How many pina coladas does he drink before he can join the dancing?

Right!?! I heard the jury voting could have been a bit political as it lines up with Abba's 50 year anniversary winning Eurovision and it makes for a better show next year for Sweden being the host country ... thoughts?

@@elderemunk Not sure that was the reasoning for the juries preferring it would require a lot of co-ordination between juries which I think would be impractical. I think rather that the juries like "classic Eurovision songs" more and Loreen leaned into that model very heavily. So they swung the vote to the "let's bankrupt SVT (Sveriges Television)" option! I remember when Estonia won in 2001 Estonian friends of mine were worried that ETV (Eesti Televisioon) couldn't cope fortunately the BBC and others provided them with technical assistance. But it costs a pretty penny.
LOVE THIS 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

It's actually the "Rosenrot" Design of Rammstein that they made for this particular album :)

Curious choice to watch the national final version instead of the Eurovision final one, though I think I prefer this one

I recorded this reaction before the Finals but then had issues with the video being blocked so I had to edit it for KZread and unfortunately it came after. I agree though, I liked this performance just a bit better.
Your pronunciation of Käärijä is the best I've heard in these reaction videos and I've watched a lot 😂 Go a head and write Käärijä in google translator. 😉

Wrapper? haha for Rapper? And thank you! My Dad still criticized the pronunciation but I was proud of it.

Käärijä translates to wrapper which in this case means the person who is wrapping something. I don't know if it's a word play but I'd would hope so 😉 My mom always criticize my pronunciation when I talking in english. I don't talk in english when moms around. Problem solved 🤣 Have great summer ☀️
Really well made song
Should have won!

The human centipede: It's a metaphor of the more than two feet he has on the dance floor (once he gets the courage to do his cha cha cha - which is a bit lamer than what he originally imagined whilst he was drinking himself senseless to get the courage to dance as Finnish men need to do) and also of the amount of legs he would need to stay upright after he downed all those pina coladas. His costume & haircut: He imagines himself to be the Hulk, but in reality he's a boy with a lame haircut.
The winner❤❤❤
As I know he's Rammstein fan himself so he has that tattoo and probably got inspiration. You could react to Eurovision one. I like the stage much more in the Eurovision. There is a box instead of this

Yep, he has a fantastic sense of humour and great comic timing - he could easily be a comedian if he gets tired of doing music.
So many reactors acting wholesome, and everyone still mentions human centipede.

@@elderemunk Yes! If Käärijä says it's a Piggy Train (kids' fairground ride in Finland), then I believe him. Finns have a reputation for honesty, no? This song was the best one I've ever seen at Eurovision, hands down. I can't wait for Käärijä's 2nd album to drop (love the first one, and the Cha Cha Cha Mixtape EP ... oh, and the fun collaboration with Antti Tuisku, "Auto Jää") - he can do no wrong in my eyes 🙂, I started learning Finnish during 2020's lockdowns ... now feeling very smug about it!
Did you really say “I don’t like” (something), while our green boy was performing 😵💫😵💫

Finland usually is the weird kid in eurovision. Pretty much all other countries send ballads or dance things or just their national music. Nothing against it but it's bit boring to double facepalms. Sum summarum it is what it is.
