I think the whole Finland hasen't been this hyped since Lordi. This song is about insecurities and how to emancipate of them and just be yourself and have fun!

You have every right to be excited! From everything i’ve heard so far it’s my favourite and 100% a top 2 finish as of now

The song is about a guy after a long work week in a bar. He is grumpy, has reservations about people and the world around him. He gets some piña coladas and start to loosen up. Then he just goes crazy and forgets all reservations and go dancing cha cha cha like crazy. "Normally I am not that man, but today I am that man, I am that man and not afraid of the world anymore". I think it fits perfectly into the Eurovision especially when it gets translated and considering how fucked up the world is right now. We need that positivity.

Best Finnish Eurovision ever. Yes, this tops Hard Rock Hallelujah and Dark Side, I love the song and the performance is fantastic! The dancers are so entertaining and energetic, with their manic expressions and the way the "devolve" from proper ballroom cha cha -steps in the beginning to just complete party insanity in the end. And of course Käärijä himself, what a showman

I am extremely proud of this entry! I haven’t been this excited for our countries entries for YEARS! Käärijä did not only crush the audience vote, but the jury vote as well. He won first place with 539 points, while second place was standing at 152 points. Absolutely crushed it.

As a Finn, I am more than happy that this song will represent us at the ESC - it was absolutely the right choice. It is so incredibly crazy, and so much fun! PS. It will not, however, be the song of the seven finalists I will listen to the most in the future - that is Ylivoimainen by Kuumaa.

I wont be suprised if Finland wins even tho i'm from Finland 😅. Also the songs with native language is allways better in some aspects.

The outfit and the genre of this reminds me so much of Electric Callboy's "We got the moves". I'm so happy Finland is proceeding in sending those non-conventional entries. The country I live in (Germany) had the opportunity to send Electric Callboy with "Pump it" in 2022 but they didn't because they were afraid it wouldn't be "good enough for radio audiences" which made people really angry since it's a really popular and different band. But instead they sent another song that barely managed to get 6 points. I love Finland for entries like this and I wish them all the best... hope they get the love they deserve and even more! I also have to agree with you - this year has a lot of diversity.

I would say they have elements from our Epic Kalevala . Väinämöinen singing against Joukahainen . Clothing and images .! And he sings it in FINNISH .

Honestly proud of this entry. It's a quintessential Finnish drinking party song you'd probably hear some rapper over here dish out for the dancefloors. Obviously with a bit more Eurovision flare. That and the fact that it's talking about taking a few or dozen drinks before breaking out of your shell and partying out in the dancefloor, makes it even more Finnish :D

This song in a nutsell. Fin after getting a longdrink preaks the ice, party hard and is not afraid of the world.

Well, I'm also from Finland.. and I had to google first what the hell is he singing about xD Eventhough my first reaction was what the hell I'm watching.. I'm warming up for this. :D It can go either way.. We are going to rock the Europe or we are not going to final.. And I think that the first option is the right one. :D Let's see what happens.

In the last three years, they have been top class. With the help of Desmond Child last year, not to forget.
