Mate, I live in Northampton and you need to get used to the weather it is crazy rains then it is dry by like 8:00pm thunders at 2:00am drys by 8:00am it is crazy

I reviewed the roadster version of this car and loved it, Driving around with the top down in all electric is a strange feeling. £95k is cheaper than the roadster that’s £129k

Sadly that’ll be the norm in about a decade when manufacturers really do a lot of downsizing of their engines. Or just full on electric

These were €155k in my country, and you can get 18mnt old ones now for €90k. They look fantastic still and will continue to age well. Good 2nd hand buy if bmw will sell their main dealer warranty extensions for decent prices.

in Europe this car actually costs 50k-60k lol. audi r8 old ones cost 60k which are both the same performance.

I must say, that's actually a Liberty Walk bodykit I like. I've never really been a fan of their other stuff, but in that colour, on that car, I think that looks decent.

95k could get you a low mileage lp 560 or a f430 or even a 991 gt3

Can you please let me know what is the wheel fitment did you provide to the car after LB widebody work.

I like it, not the most performance for the money but awesome style, comfortable to drive longer distances. With nearly 400 combined hp it will be fun. It will get a lot of attention and none of the headaches and expense for maintenance of most of the other cars listed in comments below.

Put a t56 Magnum in your c63. Bulletproof 6 speed manual gearbox used in Camaro, Mustang, Corvette, Hellcat and such. Can be had for less than 3000 pounds. It's far stronger and more plentiful than the super rare zf or getrag you have to spend 10,000 on so it can barely handle the torque. The Corvette rear subframe and transmission would be great. Put a little more weight towards the back of the car. 45/55 is the real ideal for maximum braking instead of nose diving and better acceleration traction weight on the rear wheels. That is why the Corvette and 944/928 and db11/ put transaxles out back. It's definitely worth taking a look at. You are already running a motec so you should be all set. A local machine shop can make the bellhousing adapter. For the pedals just search race car pedal assembly and ditch the OEM ones. They have provision for sensors and switches as well as fly by wire throttle. Tilton, Wilwood, or OBP are good units, all under 500 usd. Good luck with the project.

I ran an i8 Roadster loan car and took it back early. Certainly would never spend my own cash on one and I'm a bit of a BMW fanboi. I'd like one with an S62 conversion though.

Definitely looks super unique. The i8 looks interesting even stock. It is just a weird car. I think its biggest problem is the performance just isn't there. BMW should make a serious i8. If it has crazy fast performance I think a lot more people would be all over them.

One word - DREADFUL!

Imagine if they used the b58 or the s55 combined with the electric motor ...

If the world ends in our time your in for a nasty shock lol. As for that BM from someone who doesn’t like beemers............ holy f#@k that’s awesome . Wish I’d the cash to start a mod business . Your 100% about the U.K. scene. Even with access to Europe we’re still stuck in a bubble that with every car there’s only a certain amount you can do. It’s very hard if not impossible to mod your car in a completely unique way. I’d love to have the capital to start a business for modding , in a new way. I actually recon I know too how to set up something new but hey, we all dream I’m not sure though it could ever be done here like America . We buy our cars to sell or trade in within few months to few years. Most yanks don’t so they can go nuts with mods knowing the cars value and doing anything to effect it doesn’t matter plus mods as a selling point is a thing there too. Here, it isn’t . I love modifying my cars but I’d go nowhere near a car that’s been moded . Even if it had after market rims I’d avoid it hence why I always bought new until my health shit itself though that limited me to hot hatches if I wanted anything half quick and with potential. Love the channel. First I’ve been back in a while. As I said battling health issues. Recommend any of your vids for someone who’s been away for a while ?

I like the i8's general vibe. But it's just so underwhelming as a car when you look into it. Giving it a LW treatment makes even less sense... But hey, I'd tell anyone 'you do you'. Personally I prefer a tuner like Prior Design.
