  Its not pronounced a..b.....t....😂😂😂😂😂 You pronounce it as one word. It's a german family name, not an abbreviation😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 How did this amateur get a job reviewing cars? Obviously seat being owned by Audi means it's got German parts and why it was tuned by abt.

  I own both A Ford Mustang Mach E (2 years old) and a brand new Cadillac Lyriq. The Cadillac app is so slow that it is basically useless for remote starting or opening the doors etc. The Ford app is FAR superior. The Cadillac app is also hugely inaccurate in telling me where public charge locations are. I use PlugShare instead because the myCadillac app is useless. If you're going to put out a software product, at least benchmark yourselves against what is already out there and do better so that you can live up to the Cadillac brand. The car itself is wonderful, the car software and UI not so much. The garage remote was very difficult to program and won't activate the garage doors unless you're within 5 ft of the door. The integration with Google Auto is often glitchy and sometimes won't work at all. Kudos for thinking about a phone switching function that actually works well, even if it is slow.

  About the recuoup paddles being the “wrong” way around….is the wiper stalk also “wrong way” as in the Cupra Born compared to any other car?

  It’s not actually a tune. It’s a piggy back ECU that they plug into the existing ECU. You might actually be able to see it if you lift the bonnet. Also, you only get the extra 60ps when the engine temps and conditions are optimal hence why they can warranty it.

  Cupra are really nice cars, I have a VZ3 Formentor and the grey arch extensions I don’t like at all - the cheaper models are body coloured which I would have had if the choice was there. The cars are in no way luxury, there is nothing on any Formentor that ticks a luxury box but the build is excellent, the car as a package is so much better than the X2 M35i - the X2 had a fab engine but the ride was so bad you couldn’t use the engine anywhere except super smooth roads. The new Formentor refresh looks a step forward so looking forward to when mine arrives in summer 25

  It’s the best looking car BMW makes, I think it’s beautiful. My only criticism is that it should have a body colored front lip. I pick up my next weekend

  much rather have a c63 over a orange led ass bmw , they just updated those cars in like 2023 , you go buy a 2020 you still got orange ass led's on everythng just makes it look old

  That thing is f****** stupid, that's a total waste of resources money and time. That could have been spent on something that was worthwhile rather than some hunka plastic garbage with crappie V10 in it. It would have been more realistic to leave it as a two-wheel bike with an LS it would have been faster cheaper and lighter for sure

  I bought mine new 2 months ago and obviously I like the look of it. I accept there are prettier cars out there but as an all round package I think it’s unbeatable for the money. It’s brilliant to have fun with on country roads but is also a great daily sitting in traffic to and from work. In Eco pro I get 37mpg but that becomes 43mpg on a motorway. Sport plus is about 25mpg.

  I went for a test drive for a lease return unit... when the sales man started the engine, I was amazed of it's acoustic roar -w/eye brows raised. When I actually drove it, oh my goodness I was sold. But unfortunately when I had them appraise my trades, the all in figures to finance was above too much of my limit and I ended up w/a different (also fun) fast-sporty CUV. Perhaps another time

  You’re like one of very few people to actually appreciate the design of the Lyriq for the craftsmanship and detail that it displays. I’ve never seen any other review of this car that highlighted the fact that the speaker grilles in the front doors weren’t just speaker grilles, they were blocks nearly as wide as the front doors and you can see the real metal stretches from the speaker grille down the doors. I’ve never seen metal used like that before in any other luxury vehicle. Same for the ambient lighting, it’s backlit behind real metal that shimmers during the day. First of its kind. It takes a foreigner to appreciate the design of a new Cadillac, go figure. Great review man! 🥂

  After experiencing the 19-speaker AKG sound system in the Escalade I knew the Lyriq’s 19-speaker AKG sound system would be phenomenal. The Escalade’s upgraded 36-speaker AKG Studio Reference audio system is the best sound system on the market in my opinion. You’re also not the first or only person to compare the Cadillac Lyriq to Rolls Royce. You can certainly tell the Lyriq is related to the $300,000+ Celestiq. I hope this level of craftsmanship trickles down into the entry level Cadillac Optiq as well.
