ESKF is a free style Martial Arts Academy in Manor Park. We offer a system of fighting that includes Chinese kickboxing (Sanshou/ Sanda) also submission grappling.

Qualities like perseverance, endurance, and calm mental acuity are prerequisites for improvement and advancement in any field.
