2:23, I hate when sparring partners who spar with only one shin guard. You really should have both, protection for yourself and especially for your sparring partners. Had a guy I used to train with pull this crap all the time and promised he wouldn't kick with bare shin. Always finished rounds getting slammed into oblivion the entire time. Really sucks

Eso no es así. En Tailandia los profesionales no hacen sparring de esa manera, siempre van a un 60% máximo y con guantes de 16oz, puedes ver videos de Rodtang, Buakaw etc... Hacer sparring de esa manera es de "macarras"

They could be getting paid. It's typical to pay people to come in for sparring when you train at a high level you need specific body types and fighting styles to come train with you.
