    The guy in all black clothes and all white gear looks to be next level. Its the mark of a great fighter to not only have great offense but also defense which this guy has got in spades. Legit, whenever I see him spar in these videos he can dictate how the fight plays out. Fair play to this warrior

    He's southpaw and always fights against orthodox 90% of the time. Orthodox fighters fight orthodox fighters 90% of the time and very rarely a southpaw. That's a big reason

    Motivation for my fight camp. 23 days till my Muay Thai fight. Looking forward to it. Honestly the hard sparring at my gym leading up to the fight scares me more than the fight I’m about to have lol

    Just finished my second amateur kick boxing fight! The training camp was a little more nerve wracking than the actual fight, which is a good thing. Best of luck, may you be victorious. Train hard!!! Kick some ass.

    The dude in the blue makes me laugh, he always goes IN! But it’s all high level sparring in there anyway, so that’s what there used to. Having sparring partners like that is good, it emulates what it’ll be like in the ring.

    i see so many comments about blue shorts (taz haider) sparring intensity. - hes wearing 18oz gloves - he spars dutch style with going in turns, this means he goes hard then shells up and the other guy can come - hes sparring pro fighters. they know how to defend themselves its really not a bad sparring style at all if you are used to it and its consensual. i like to spar like this as well. we go super hard, 100% as long as someone is protected. if we can get a free shot, for example if we catch someone off guard, then we lover the intensity obviously hes doing the same i havent seen him going with a 100% cross or hook to the face if someone is unprotected you must have good sparring control and your ego in check, so you dont see red once you get clocked

    you all are soft af these guys know how to protect themselves, they wear huge as gloves and i havent seen anyone getting cheap shotted full force its perfectly fine to spar like that once you have reached a certain skill level

    @@immmgolden2396 I was not referring to a death in ring my guy. Can you not read in between the lines? Boxing is mainly the upper body getting hit. Sparring hard too often and even then going 12 rounds with little oz gloves can potentially lead yourself getting killed. We’ve seen it happen many times

    @@immmgolden2396 Muay Thai is not 12 rounds and not only the upper body being hit. Plus if injuries were to occur they are visible. Boxing injuries that led to death were mostly (in fact all) intern and not to be recognised at face value. Again we’ve seen boxers die in the ring many times more than in any other sport so what’s up with the arguing? Just do your research

    hes dutch style sparring. hes going for turns. you see how he often covers up and let the other guy come, instead of then countering them. its a perfectly fine way to spar if you are used to it and know how to protect yourself he also wears pretty big gloves, look like 18 inch to me

    In Holland is always hard sparring. At least once a week hard sparring is necessary if you doing competition.

    Not really. Thai's spare really relaxed compared to Dutch. But they do fight a loooot more though

    It's only to the body and opponent had arm between. Good intensity without actually injuring somebody. If you don't like it at all that's not your sport.
