I wish sparring with this intensity were the standard. At my gym its a hit or miss with sparring partners and often people treat it like a match instead of learning and not take each other head off.

Great control from both guys this is more about technique then power and how most sparring sessions should look like. Great stuff

white head gear was landing the better shots during the more high paced exchanges, and USA headgear was doing good with managing his range but the pressure was making it tough. Great rounds, definitely worth studying their own footage and see their strengths and weaknesses.

White headguard had great movement. Angles, stance switching, timing, activity level. Let it slip a couple times with the guard but I love it. This was a good spar. All effort/education, no animosity. Well done y'all

great sparring... both used their space well... great control between them, still got a lot to learn but i feel as this session was a good example how to spar. impressive guys, both show promising future. ;) uk observer.

Black shorts is clearly the more experienced boxer. Awesome footwork, great pressure, and switching to southpaw occasionally was giving the other dude problems. Black shorts did a good job at using his space and not panicking in the pocket or with his back to the ropes but could’ve let his hands go a little bit more often. Great sparring session!

Great spar, I've been in the position USA headgear was, when sometimes its more of a psychological barrier than a technical one. You can see that in the last round after the speech from coach he was being aggressive and had success, but white headgear kept his gameplan and eventually went back to pressuring. The one punch i missed was the right uppercut from USA when the opponent rushed in southpaw, i think it would have landed beautifully

Completely irrelevant who landed the cleaner or harder shots, bollox. This was in my eyes an unbelieveable spar from the youngsters, great work how it should be, why ? I tell you why. They let each other work, get in and out, learn to read ur opponents movement and a hell of a lot focus on DEFENSE. No dumb hard swings to get a knockout of each other, focus on skills and technique. Great work FELLAS !

Good job to both men, if USA headgear stayed busy with his jabs he wouldn’t be getting pressed as hard as he was the entire spar… but on the other hand it seems like white headgear has more experience so great job again to both men !

You need to get some light sparring until you get used to it so you don’t get nervous. Also for just beginning in the sport 5-6 rounds of sparring is great some people can’t even do that and they have experience. Convince yourself in your mind that the opponent is nothing so you can gain confidence. You will develop it rather fast if you do light sparring 👍

Use your jab fight from the outside and use a lot of footwork. Don’t forget to use angels when you get close. Use feints it is very important. If you have the upper hand and back someone up cut the ring to give the other fighter less of an advantage.
