Full Sparring Session in Lakebaboa Ft. Saenchai, UFC’S Tabatha Ricci, Duangdawnoi & Chalawan

It’s that time again… SPARRING! Getting straight to business we see the GOAT of Muay Thai pushing the pace against a much taller opponent. Utilising is unique style of hilarious trash talking, faints and even a cheek kiss to throw off his opponent. The crowd loved it, and we know Saenchai did too. Next up things began to get real! Namely with Duangdawnoi going toe to toe with UFC Strawweight Tabatha Ricci, ranked no.10 in the world the Brazilian competitor and The Little Star, Duangdawnoi decided to throw down. Starting out hot, two disciplines collided as Muay Thai went toe to toe with MMA. Tabatha pushing forward as Duangdawnoi used her renowned aggressive defence, hitting with effect all whilst moving backwards. The Little Star used movement and angles to her advantage as the Brazilian Ricci press forward, closing down the range of Duangdawnois long legs. During a back and forth sparring session both professional martial artist embraced and shared a smile after their clash. How do you think these incredible sparring sessions went down? Great sparring but these strong young guys gotta remember Saenchai is getting older. You're not going to learn anything from him by rushing him so much and he's not really there to test yourself on, it's a seminar not a time to show off.

i think they went light and technical but with speed, nothing wrong with that. if someone was going a bit harder, it was the girls tbh.

@@metalface_villain it is said as you get older that strength is the last thing to go, using speed against a slower opponent hides the flaws in your technique, preventing you from learning

@@gamemak0r i think u probably misremembering some quote, speed doesn't hide flaws in your technique, i think they say that about strength and even if it somehow did though, these guys' technique was pretty good so that argument doesn't work regardless. many people go ape shit when they spar saenchai in these seminars but these guys weren't like that, saenchai was just tired is all.
Every video I watch, Saenchai is so good at just walking his opponent down, even in friendly light sparring. I aspire to that level of confidence

the first girl she fought is a ufc fighter. this is what a real sparring look like. This is how you condition your body to take hits. those two never went a 100% so relax

@@bboylibertyUFC indeed the small girl wasn't expecting that! With that said a sparring in a seminar is always light it's time to learn and enjoy no conditioning! Conditioning is before a fight or training as a fighter so yeaahh she should just chill

The match is happening but not while they were in their primes. Haha. But the fight will be legendary nonetheless. A prime fight between the 2 would’ve definitely went world wide in a heartbeat

@traceurs619 some would say 40s is their primetime. It influenced crap you guys have in the USA and if you believe it will effect you through believe. You can still see how superior buakaw/saenchai is compared to superbon/tawanchai.

How is Duangdawnoi aggressive? Shes pretty toned down compared to her fights. Shes a 5'2 , 110 lbs girl. She might be kicking fast at times, but theres really not much power or intent to injure. If she wanted to she could lay them all out
Saenchai should rest. His most challenging fight is coming soon. Muay Thai rules bare knuckle against Buakaw ☝️

Man no disrespect but why Duangdawnoi is so agressive ? I get she is lighter than other fighters but when she throws a roundhouse it shows with intent. Why can't she spar like Saenchai or Superlek ?
