Richard I do intermittent fasting too, I don't eat breakfast. Have lost 3.5st so far with that and eating less sugar and fat and walking 👍 It looks so tranquil there x

I have stop drinking anything except water and coffee. No sugar, no carbs and lost 55 pounds in about six months. Coca-Cola was my favorite and my downfall. Didn't stop drinking it until I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I now have it under control without medication. Sugar is really in almost everything we eat, and it's really not good. Once in a great while I cheat, a piece of pizza or a sandwich. Other than that, mostly fresh fruit and veggies.

The Architecture is so beautiful. I much prefer to the Modern. That last shot above the water was absolutely stunning. Thanks so much for taking us along. I know in this life, I will never see England. But my families Roots are English, Scottish, Welsh, Swedish, German, and Slovakian. I guess you can say I am a mutt.
