Thank you!! I really do like this balance when I'm decorating. There's nothing more that I love than a great thrift or vintage find. I love the thrill, and I love that it has had a whole other life before me. But because a good 80% of my home is second-hand, it helps cushion the blow of a hefty price tag from time to time when I do find something that is new and expensive that I just can't live without!

Great job!!! Praying for a full recovery and please take care of yourself. No need to rush back, we won't forget you - you're one of a kind.! :') Can't wait to see you next project.

Loooooove love love the tile! It is so much better than the one you initially had in mind. You were right that this was the one that supposed to be in the space. I really love everything about the space. All of the little details that went in that area just goes beyond tiling. Just so good! I am not going anywhere! I want you to take the time you need to recover but also can't WAIT for you to be back. Safe recovery. xoxo!!

This is something she thinks about each week. On the one hand, having someone explain their thought process makes for a longer video. On the other, some people want short and sweet videos. We ordered a mural from Graham & Brown but the colors didn’t quite mesh in our dining room so we took the sample to have it framed. Fingers crossed it will work in our foyer. It is gorgeous!!! What a welcoming space when you and Mark or your guests come in. The mural is perfect! It is the same feel of the picture in the dining room. I love the tile and you have inspired me for my entry space tile (about 1/4 the size of yours!).I want diagonal tile but prefer the cream to the color I had chosen with the black. Also, I like the honed surface rather than a shiny one. It all looks wonderful. Thank you for the inspo and seeing how you made it all come together. Hope you are feeling good if your procedure is over. Thinking of you!! Take care and REST!!

One tile is ceramic and the other is porcelain. These are 13" x 13". You might do better with a 12" or smaller- more choices of colors and patterns. The finish is called 'matte'

@@markh2200 Thank you Mark for the info. I actually need smaller tiles. The area we are tiling is probably smaller that I said. But I do want matte ones. We will be having this professionally installed since it will be done when we are having a larger project done.😁

Today's video was absolutely amazing I loved it. Once again my Sunday pleasure hits the mark. I love the floor it's so classy. I am over the moon for what you did with the wallpaper.
