Fits well into my space, I painted the back green. It's very easy to customize just the back if that's something you want to do. I would suggest sanding it first before painting, I got a little impatient. The shelves kzread.infoUgkxM8H4CjCb79vzeyvgaFMdzmLm88oVFPMkare pretty small so keep that in mind if you're going to have it horizontal that some books won't fit. I like the snug look that it has. Good small shelf if you don't have much space, but not too small. Simple to put together, though you'll need your own tools, a screwdriver and a mallet/hammer, it's easiest to do with another person.

I really do love it! There’s something about being able to see everything in closet. Before I used to wear the same ol things because so much of what I had was hidden. Now that I can see everything - I find myself grabbing for things I forgot I had! 😆

The closet is beautiful. The dresser and especially the knobs was the icing on the cake.

Just found you. I absolutely love the closet. I wish I could send you a picture of my wooden man. He looks so much like yours only taller. My husband and I took our kids to Charleston when they were younger. We had a lovely time. We are retired and travel around the US in our Class A motorhome. We plan to revisit Charleston again. @@jessicapayne we have been doing this since late 2018. We had to stop during covid so we are just now back on the road. Colorado is next on our list of places to visit. The gas prices are outrageous out here. My advice is to hold on for a little while. Soo many folks are buying RVs since Covid. I think the market will be flooded with them in a year or two. There will be some good deals out there. My sister is looking to do this when she retires. Gave her the same advise. I must say we have met some very nice people on the road.

Just found your video because of the minutes timing of it was a old address of mine. I also have a dresser like the one you have I now know how I can paint it. Another lesson learned - using cheaper paint only results in twice as much work! There's probably 4 coats of paint on those walls, as something just wasn't right after each coat (streaks/lines, or you could see spackle spots) and we ended-up redoing areas and complaining about the paint quality. Buy good paint!

Priming also helps a lot, and if your paint is dark use a grey primer. Will save on work, coats of paint and and thus money.

Wow what a beautiful closet It looks fantastic and you've done a wonderful job. The only suggestion I have is that you cover the window with curtains to block out the light. We all like natural light but It can be Damaging on dry goods and sunlight has a tendency of fading colors if exposed to it over time. Just ran across your video, I'm just at the beginning, First you are stunning. I'm not even hearing your words, I am going to rewind to hear about your closet. The piece of furniture behind you is fabulous and those drapes. Would love to see full drapes and the rod. Now I'll watch. Ha!!

I’ll be showing it, along with the drapes and the rod in this Sunday’s video!!!! And I’ll also provide links (everyone show have these drapes - and they are VERY cost friendly). Just did my daughter's closet with the Aurdal system. I would recommend using a good toggle bolt where you didnt hit studs.
