One of the worst true crime podcasts I've heard. Making jokes? The fake reactions? And so many opinions. It's so distasteful.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful narrators. Shame on you, these are peoples lives.

Can you please stop with the podcasts and go back to your normal episodes

The solution is simple, don't watch it. I think it's rude to belittle people. If they were giving false information, it would be different. They are presenting a case in their unique style. They are lawyers who have a podcast. They were guests on Ana Garcia's show. They were given the opportunity by true crime daily. Support individuality! Have a lovely day.

This was such a strange setup. The lady on the left didn’t add anything to the episode besides strange reactions & jokes. They’re talking about a whole family being executed & you woulda thought she was reacting to a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode 🫣

This episode was extremely disappointing to watch. Their approach was immature and insensitive. Frankly, I couldn’t even make it through the whole video. Love you True Crime Daily, just definitely not a fan on this episode.

Delivery is shockingly bad laughing joking whilst describing horrific deaths of kids etc - very unprofessional and no sincerity

Exactly. When my kids were little we instructed them 1) not to answer the door if they were home alone 2) if they did answer the door NEVER EVER say their father or I were not home

Came here to say this. I’ve listened to so much true crime and this is the first time I’ve ever been disturbed at the lack of empathy and callous delivery.

Disappointing episode from one of my favorite KZread channels.

What is the purpose of the lady on the left, just repeating the ends of sentences, and making weird noises throughout🫣. This is a WEIRD WEIRD commentary on a terrible tragedy.. 🙄

These woman are complete nonsense. She seems more concerned that the killer was divorced on valentine day that she seemed concerned for many innocent kids being executed. How can they talk about such a tragedy in a comical type attitude.

I get that people have their own approach to things but this just feels too casual and careless on the lawyers part, both of them. For being lawyers their approach is super careless. Emily D. Baker is so much better and way more professional. I’m so disappointed in true crime daily!! I’m an avid viewer of true crime and this is the absolute worst I’ve watched or listened to. Paul from reporting live from my sofa is also casual and light hearted but is also more professional when talking about crime. How these ladies are still going I have no clue

Sorry ladies this one is too much for me.

As a true crime consumer, speaking about cases like this is exactly why people are advocating that we stop it altogether and in this case I’m with them. True crime daily is too established and has too many professional employees for something like this to make it out of a boardroom much less have it all the way uploaded to the internet. Shame on “crimes and consequences” whose channel or platforms shouldn’t exist at all. And double shame for true crime daily, who often gets to speak with literal victims and/or their families, and should know so much better than to platform a story in this way.

I do not like these two women, the way they are laughing and not taking anything serious 🤦‍♀️

The horrific nature of this conversation and the flippant tone from the one on the left, made this unbearable to watch and I had to stop. I bailed at the point where the lady on the right disclosed that she failed to research the custody terms. Obviously, the guy probably got screwed and ignoring the fact that some men who are turned into ATM machines then become murderous, is a real conversation that perhaps should be had at some point my someone in the media.

Unsubscribed. Horrible. I started this & jumped in the shower to listen while I got ready for work. I was stuck listening for 10 mins.

Stick to your day job ladies. I hope you’re 100 % better at that than telling crime stories. I’ve followed this channel for awhile. First time I have had to tell you that this one is a total bomb. 💣

Wow. Wtf! This is read like a story in a book and as everyone else is saying...highly bizarre. Lack of empathy. Odd reactions. This is not going to stick around. There are many respectful, caring, and helpful people in the True Crime community that would have been better for this job. I'm not watching this. I cant even get 1/2 through. This addition to TCD is a pure failure.

The joking about the mom being abused was too much for me. Started at 20...

They’re very sing songy..not appropriate with these heartbreaking stories. Get Anna Garcia or someone else. If you start a kid’s channel..pick these 2. If I was a victim or the family of, I’d be very angry & disgusted at how you handle these stories. Emily Baker, Scott Reisch, Lawyer You Know, Bruce Rivers, Lori Hellis are the lawyers who can talk appropriately about this subject.

People just listening to this and not watching might come to the conclusion the lady not reading a story was mocking the victims. JS

just because you're a lawyer doesn't mean you should be covering true crime stories. these women don't know how to tell a crime story-- many creators make their content ENTERTAINING without being INAPPROPRIATE or DISRESPECTFUL to victims and survivors of crime. these women don't understand that, apparently. i have a Master's in Criminal Justice; it's pretty unbelievable to hear these women speak this way about different cases. TCD, you need to do better :/ stop posting this podcast on your channel!

Couldn't even watch. Ridiculous attitudes for a devastating story. If this had happened to one of these women's families they would not be reacting or portraying it this way.

I miss the old true crime daily. They must of ran out of stories cause now there posting other crime channels on here.

The way they present this true crime story doesn’t sit well with me. They’ve become desensitized and need to reflect on their approach and motivations.

I think they mean well and they seem like amateurs but they’re far too chipper talking about an entire family being annihilated. Their tone is almost like they’re making light of it. Not a good look.

This has to be the worst delivery of true crime story that I have ever seen. Nothing to smile about, Ladies! Nothing to joke about! No respect for these victims at all.

Thank you for telling this story. We need more protective laws with IPV and DV cases, this stuff happens over and over again. Anger issues are the surface emotion of a lot of other stuff. How did this man get a weapon? Those of us who think we do not know anyone who would do such things, check the DV stats in your area, we likely encounter them daily. This is tragic for the family and tough for the community.

After the first 2 minutes I had to run to the comments to see if I was the only one thinking that these two ladies especially the one on the left was making this comical. I can’t even continue watching it. Like this is disappointing. Please take them off the flatworm of crime daily allow them to do they own thing elsewhere

This Dad’s reaction seems one of elation, fright, worry, and relief which was my husband’s reaction.❤ Sometimes knowing the gender is like “Damn this is really happening” and “there really is a little human in there”. It took my husband about 5mins to wake up out of the friendly guess~the~gender betting competition we had but from that moment to now (12 years later), my husband and baby girl are absolutely inseparable. Our gender reveal day was also our wedding day! Oh and he got his boy 14 months later.

Stop being like that about the cussing please. Just go with it if it has to happen. Love you Jesus loves you too. You’re daughters of God.

Wow! the lack of enpathy these two have. Timestamp 20:33 where the blonde literally has a smile on her face and the storyteller laughed outloud and made a joke about the muderer being grounded for tying up his mom🤦‍♀️. They might not realize how bad this looks and perhaps this is how they process disturbing information... However, I would think during editing they would have cut any laughter and jokes when talking about a family being murdered, taunted, and threatened. Relatives and loved ones of the victims could be watching, abit more respect should applied in the future at the bare minimum they should do some self reflecting. If only a few people had this opinion I would think okay people are being nit picky but the majority are coming to the same conclusion. Prayers to all involved even the hosts of this channel.
