[Eng-Recipe] How to make Coconut cream bun(椰絲奶油包)

6個包面材料份量:糖(sugar)2茶匙(2tsp)、水(water)1茶匙(1tsp)以上材料混合用作掃包面、椰絲(dessicated coconut)
奶油忌廉材料份量:無鹽牛油(unsalt butter)80g、糖粉(icing sugar)20g、雲呢拿油 (vanilla extract)1茶匙(1tsp),以上材料用電動打蛋器打勻待用。
面包以170°c焗12-15分鐘,取出待凉才掃糖水沾上椰絲、唧上奶油便成。

Recipe for 6 buns:
Cream Ingredients: Unsalted butter 80g, Icing sugar 20g, Vanilla extract 1tsp
Bun surface Ingredients: Sugar 2tsp, Water 1tsp, Desiccated coconut
Instructions:
Beat the butter until soft then add the sugar and vanilla extract, now put the cream into an icing tube/bag. To make the coconut surface mix the sugar and water together then layer it on the bun surface, place the bun in the coconut so it sticks on the bun. Put some cream in the middle of the bun and you're done.

    Gently flatten a bit of air out and separate into (she did 6 pieces). Roll into balls and let rest for 15-20 mins covered with plastic wrap. Afterwards, flatten and then roll into a bun shape, pinch and round off ends and you can place into baking dish prepared with parchment paper. Time to rest again so cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30-35 mins or longer depending on how airy you want your bread to get and surrounding temperature can vary the proof time. The warmer it is, the proof time is shortened. Preheat oven to 170 C or anywhere between 325-350F. Brush egg wash on top of your buns. Bake 12-15 mins. Let cool completely. Mix together your cream. Measurements and ingredients in the description box, make sure butter is room temperature so it creams well. You can cut into the bread as demonstrated with a serrated knife once cool. In order to get the coconut to stick to the surface of the bun, mix together 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp water, brush on surface of bun lightly and dunk into desiccated coconut. Pipe cream into center slice of bun. And then you eat it.

    Is the cream ingredients for 6 buns. I used 80g butter and 20 powder sugar and 1tbsp of vanilla. After I mixed it, it’s only enough for maybe 2 buns.

    Hi Try and whip the cream until it is more fluffy and also try to use a cream pipe end that is not as wide in diameter. Hope this helps. Good luck

    +Chai Chiew Fung 要用上下火12-15分鐘。可能因每個爐的温度不同,可調減10-20°c焗,或者會有幫助。

    weibin mai 肉鬆卷都是差不多做法,將面糰壓薄塗少許牛油灑上肉鬆材料卷起(可以中間切開分成兩段),待第三次發酵完成掃上蛋液,就可入爐了!

    是搓的时候没办法把折边也搓进个面团里去。没有裂开。不过不大松起个包

    +Min Fan 這情况可能搓面糰時真的水份未夠,面糰畧乾難黏合,可以慢慢加多少許水份搓,焗出來的包都會較軟(熟)的。希望問題能解决。

    why are these recipes only in Chinese or Vietnamese? We can't make them or rate them. We were anxious to make the coco cream buns. Too bad really.
