Marcelito is so unbelievably amazing really 7 he just finished 3rd grade in school. Can you believe it? He’s pursuing to finish college I heard in his Marcelito Pomoy official interviewed by one of broadcaster here in the Philippines.

Marcelito makes it easy because he can. He is a singing angel on earth. For me, this is his absolute masterpiece, something of crystal clear sung, the bright madness. I can't really think of a second person who can do it better.

Always glad for the reactions of people who previously heard 'The Prayer' by Celine Dion and Andrea Boccelli because they have the right idea of what Marcelito Pomoy is trying to showcase.

He’s able to sing in Counter Tenor and in baritone. A special talent to go from one register to another flawlessly. He’s also singing in Italian & I’ve heard from other Italian singers that his diction is perfect. He puts so much feelings in what he sings I also get emotional too. Thanks for a great video.

When he was young, his father was incarcerated while his mother left him alone with his younger sibling and went to Philippine Capital Manila. His childhood years was a difficult life, for he used to live on the streets to earn something for a living. He’s been singing since 7 years old but only at the age of 18 that he then realized that he could make a career out of it. Marcelito did not manage to complete his studies but started doing odd jobs to earn a living, and a police officer later adopted him. (2) Marcelito unique ability is that he can sing in both a male tenor voice and a female soprano voice. Because of this, he’s able to perform popular male-female duets without a partner. Also he sings both high and low parts, but he switches back and forth between them smoothly. A great performance of Marcelito includes “The Prayer”, “The Power of Love and” “Beauty and the Beast.” (3) Marcelito is the winner of ‘Pilipinas Got Talent’ Season 2 in 2011. As a result of being on the show, he was able to reunite with his family. His mother abandoned him as a child when his father was in prison, and she asked his forgiveness when they met again. Marcelito applied professional attention to each line & put forth incredible delivery. I visited the Philippines in the Navy & it was standard practice of all musicians there to "Mimick" the bands they were playing. "Journey" found Arnel there from a video & he toured with them as he sounded a lot like Steve Perry. Then did albums. This stuff from Marcelito though is next level with that vocal chord ability. I saw him on Ellen with a "translator" as he wasn't up on English. He should pursue the classical genre. With a voice like that? The 107.5 Wish Bus is like Coast to Coast but, for music.
