I've watched a video on the same issue beforehand, created by a popular influencer which was almost 30 minutes long, where I gained absolutely nothing out of it. And I must say that this one here helped! 10 minutes of my time - and I don't regret it. I immediately felt better :) Thank you so much!

Thanks for sharing this class on EFT. I practice it every morning, extending the tapping to my arms, legs, and back, even massaging my fingertips. Little by little, you get to see the benefits.

Amazing! I was looking for an EFT video to send a friend, and came across this, not knowing it was one of my FAVORITE teachers and humans of all time! Hello Cheri and thank you for yet another healing tool for people! XO

thank you so much. it helped. my OCD's are: something someone said and I play it over and over again in my head. while trying to say those words I have new songs that play in my head when I try to focus or I'm stressed about something. I do movements with my fingers. I do a line on my arm rest when I'm sat on a chair and then I undo it. over and over again - since I exposed myself. I'd like someone else to talk about theirs. thank you.

I touch all the doors in my house before I go to bed. If I do something to someone (e.g. smack there butt) need to do twice each side) if I look behind me need to do 2/4 times each side. One similar to you iuess

I need to know details. All details. I replay them in my head over and over or I’ll constantly talk about it / think if it. Song’s constantly play in my head on loop.

Often we create resistance to a teacher/ therapist/idea as a way to block our healing journey. Remember we have developed hardwired thinking over many years and our ego often has a tough time in wanting to let that go. Tapping first on that resistance can be a good way to help us move forward. It has certainly helped me on many occasions.

This was true to me too when first started it. Problem was that my stress was so much that I needed to force myself to do it over and over. Finaly after each one it felt like I was perling an onion until it started too soothe me.
