Best-selling author Louise Hay is known as the "Queen of Affirmations", and knows better than anybody the power of positive focus. Her book "You Can Heal Your Life" has sold over 50 million copies worldwide!
But there's one thing she knows for sure...only focusing on the positive and ignoring the negative things going on in your life, both present and past, won't make your problems go away. :)
As she puts it's..."If You're Going to Clean a House, You Need to See the Dirt..."
We all have "stuff" that we're dealing with at any point in our life. Financial challenges, emotional ups and downs, relationship problems, and so much more. It's all a natural part of life.
How we address those issues, find their root causes, and "clean them up" as quickly as possible are what make all the difference.
In this video, Louise will share with you how to go about balancing the "clean up" work with the use of Tapping and how to then get back to the positive with life-changing affirmations.
Most people make some extremely common mistakes when it comes to this "inner work" that leaves them frustrated and running in circles. In this video she shares how to create a simple shift in perspective that can wipe these challenges away in seconds.
One of the most powerful aspects of Tapping is its ability to create forgiveness of our past and current life. As Louise says..."Forgiveness Wipes the Slate Clean, So That Other Things Can Come In..."
Love, forgiveness and self-acceptance are the most powerful gifts anybody can give themselves. But getting to a point where you can turn off the background negativity isn't always easy...
You know what I mean, the "I'm not smart enough", "Who do I think you am?", "I'm not lovable", "I can't be successful" type of comments.
These type of comments severely limit our ability to fully express who we are and live the life that we want.
In this video Louise will share with you how to use Tapping to allow forgiveness, love and self-acceptance into your life...
She'll also share with you her personal struggle with growing up feeling that she wasn't good enough and will open up about how certain past emotional traumas were manifesting in her body and creating physical challenges (and how the same thing may be happening with you).
You'll get to tap along with Louise, share in her open Tapping experience and have your own as you tap along with her. (The last 10 minutes are especially emotional for Louise.)
Get ready for a powerful, emotional and very moving shift that will help you to finally move forward past any blocks that have been holding you back...

Louise died so unexpectedly at 90 years of age. She always said there was no need to become ill in old age and that she would go to sleep and leave the planet healthy. I miss you Louise ❤️🌈😇

Once she starts tapping with her own affirmations - it's like Jimmy Hendrix getting handed a guitar, Ali handed some gloves, Bruce Lee given some time to spar, Spielberg given a movie camera, Paganini given a violin to play - suddenly the whole energy shifts and you're watching an absolute MASTER at work - simply amazing.... amazing!

I really want to meet Nick Ortner and Louise Hay and let them know that THIS video right here has led me to the forgiveness of my mom and step dad for a history of abuse that started at a young age.. I've tried SO many different self-help strategies, but when I emulate this exact tapping solution and speak the things she says, I suddenly remember all the painful memories and I feel them being released.. To say the least, this video has saved my life. And I watch it frequently for continued healing. THANK YOU.

@@dilipaloni While I sincerely appreciate / overstand where you're coming from, I also feel that for me it was more loving and personally powerful for me to redirect my energy into releasing anger I held forgiving toward the "perpetrator". In fact, I felt I would be doing myself willful injustce by giving THAT person even more of my energy. I feel so much better for having let all that go. Its a moment by moment process that enables me to take back my power and choose to move on. I choose where to invest my energy. I choose to forgive because, to be mean to another indicates to me that that person is already in a dark and painful place. I bid you peace because i get what youre saying.

At around 3:13 Nick asks why Louise thinks people are scared to look at the dirt. She doesn't answer directly, but affirms that she has experienced being scared of looking at the dirt. I think that this fear comes from the usual place (the very basic fear of pain) because in tapping, we confront our reality, which is often full of painful feelings. For me, I often procrastinate with tapping because I just *know* there are a lot of painful things that will come up (I am still processing some old traumas), and that I'll probably cry through it. I do almost always feel better afterwards - but sometimes it takes a while for me to feel better, and in the meantime I have all these feelings which can be difficult to bear. This is such an amazing conversation. I love that Louise says "It's safe to feel safe" - something that will probably give people who have had trauma much relief to affirm.

In the beginning Nick asked why she thought her book was so successful. The only thing I can come up with is Louise had nothing but pure intentions when she authored the book. She was not looking for big money nor fame nor any kind of fancy prize; just a simple wanting to truly help people as best as she could. Keep up the good work Louise.

Regarding your question, I can only refer to my personal experience, but having used tapping for many years, I've found that I do not need to speak the phrases out loud, but I do need to speak them in my mind with focus and intent. I feel it's best to start with the processes outlined in the various tapping books and videos. Then, once proficient, one can begin experimenting.

The beginnings of EFT stem from the field of NLP. Fascinating stuff for those who 'want' to know. I have been using this for years and find it ridiculously simple. We get on with our lives and forget and then when I remember, Oh! EFT! then it's gone within a short period of time again.

I have for many years loved what Louise Hay has brought into my life which I have over the course of time shared with friends & family. Nick Ortner's tapping I had put on hold (procrastination) this video rings so true affirmations & tapping gives so much peace of mind - thank you for bringing tapping back into my life I choose one more time to stop beating myself up. I am so grateful to have these wonderful people & the many others who cross my path in helping me to release the butterfly within to run, dance and play with loving abandonment.

This was an Amazing, Empowering video. I tapped along and I LOVED it. I'm hooked. From this point on I will tap for everything in my life that I need or want to do better at.

Thank you so much for this inspired tapping session. Louise Hay has been my mentor for years and I have recently found you Nick. I have watched this video several times to remove deep issues. It’s so incredible to be able to see Louise as a receiver and remind us that we have “glitches” that can come up. Thank you dear Blessed Teacher Louise. And thank you Nick. You too are a gifted healer with this method. Love yourself. All is well.
