But can't ignore her previous performances.. She is very good..

Simon is LITERALLY the only one of the 4 judges who got this girl.

She's overpowered by the kids singing with her, that you can barely hear her!

I don't know what more they wanted. She was terrific! Maybe they want it more maudlin....but that would ruin the song! It's a nice modern song, sung very well, and following the spirit of the song was, I think, the best approach.

She is too good for some of the judges.

Not the BEST Christmas song, but no doubt this is ONE of the most beautiful Christmas song.....but I barely hear her in this performance, it is the staging that carried it. Simon is being biased.

The DJ/Soundbord manager costed her the semi-Finals and most likely the finals. The choir's volume was way too high. If her voice was more clear, she would have had much better comments.... And no you don't need to be able to move to sell records, you need a damn good voice!!! I am not a judge but hell is that not plain sweet logic? If you want movement, you hire dancers FFS!!!!

Andre Kotze ...she doesn’t have a very strong voice, she has trouble holding out notes, and it doesn’t seem effortless. In my opinion, the sound guys hooked her up and hid her weaknesses. That was smart.

He has a very whispering whistley breathy soft voice. Reminds me of Selena Gomez's voice, and at some point you begin to wonder if her vocals are strong enough, or lengthy enough to sing a celine dion song? But I guess that's her style

You have to listen to the words, it's the words that make it a great song. The background singers are a little down energetically I must admit, but listen to her solo, she's a wonderful bright spirit, with a very beautiful voice ~ ♡ ~

Granted, when she sang Creep, she was great, but 50% of that was staging and costumes! Here, she's weak, off key, and her voice has only one sound...for every single song she's sung!

It was the wrong song for her sorry!

I wouldn't exactly call this amazing. It was nice. But she always seems to be holding back on her voice. I think she is highly overrated because she's cute.
