This interviewer asked FABULOUS questions that go beyond “what did you do in your career” and get to the heart of “how did you feel about it” and “what affected you”.

SAGAftra, you should ALWAYS have Perri Nemoroff interviewing the people in these discussions. She did an amazing job...and the way that she was able to PULL amazing answers out of Emily Blunt (who is SO reticent in answering). At the end, even Emily was so happy with how it went. Brava! Incredible interview. Thank you, so much.

It makes sense that Emily Blunt and Anne Hathaway are good friends because she is probably the most down to earth and most disarming A-list celebrity we have right now. She's also really funny? I keep watching her interviews this award season and am enthralled by her.

Emily Blunt's journey is a testament to the fact that while formal training can be beneficial for many actors, raw talent, hard work, and a genuine passion for the craft can also lead to a successful and celebrated acting career. Her ability to immerse herself in diverse roles and captivate audiences reflects the depth of her talent. Some of her notable roles include "The Young Victoria," "Edge of Tomorrow," "Sicario," "A Quiet Place," and "Mary Poppins Returns." Each of these roles demonstrates her adaptability and range as an actor. She can do drama, comedy, thriller, musical, action, and science fiction. Waiting for her to work with Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale, Johnny Depp, and again with Cillian Murphy and Benicio del Toro Plus, her interviews often showcase a combination of intelligence, humility, and a good sense of humor. Great intelligent questions from the interview.

Cillian murphy doesn't do this kind of career retrospective thing. He is a very low key guy. He loves music. And plays music in a band. He was part of the cork theatre scene where he met enda Walsh. And starred in disco pigs. And everyone who saw him knew they were looking at a star. But if you look at his career. He works with christopher Nolan a lot. He completely inhabited the role of Robert oppenheimer. 100 percent.

Perri is such a good interviewer -- She has clearly done her homework, has genuine passion for film and filmmakers, and her questions are so thoughtful -- both toward Emily but also toward the audience, many of whom I assume are in the industry and would like to learn from someone like Emily. Not the standard awards season junket sort of questions. Well done!

I always amazed how she handle her career and being a mother. And listening how she chose a role and not allowing someone dictating her is the most risky but healthiest to that profession. Being an actor is not easy job, and can destroy yourself by dirty industry, so I’m happy she knows what she wants and what she needs. She also knows her limits and not doing too much for a fame. 🩷 Please continue being you Emily, ✨

I found this channel via the You Tube algorithm! I am glad I did because I love Emily Blunt's performaces! Her best performance in my opinion is in the 2007 film Wind Chill with Ashton Holmes co starring! She gave such a natural and realistic performace in that movie, that I could really empathize with her character and situation! She took me on that ominous, perplexing, neferious and dark journey with her and Ashton! I realize that's not her biggest film financially or critically acclaimed movie, but from my perspective, it's her best work! Great content and keep up the good work! Take care!
