I like how Margot always asks questions about the technicality of how they did certain things in their films. She’s there for the conversation AND to learn! Very refreshing.

I'm stunned by Lily every time she speaks, her approach to acting, her dedication to the craft, her family history.. I'm just in awe and so glad to see more of her. Also loved Greta's story about her mother, representation is so important and to give a story back to your parents is uniquely amazing. Loved the whole table and can't wait to see what they all do next.

I CANT BELIEVE Emma didn’t use a movement coach. The development of Bella’s movement was so brilliant, and so funny. Just perfect. What a knockout performance.

Her logic, along with her director's, she said and I paraphrase, was to imagine and feel, and explore. We assume most if not all the character movements were Emma's. She said she often thinks of being Bella for the qualities of character she showed. Emma's daughter is the beneficiary of her mom's screen work, most assuredly. Playtime has to be a blast for a 2 year old.

This is probably one of the best actress roundtables so far.. perfect actresses combination

I feel that despite some of the buzz for the others here, this is going to be Emma's year at the Oscars, again.

Hearing Annette say that she didn’t start doing movies until til her 30’s, with only doing theater up until then, was so refreshing to hear. I think a lot of women are restarting their lives at that age or older with businesses or career changes. It reminds us that you don’t have to start being a film actor really early in to be successful. This round table was so wonderful! I’m watching as many of these movies as I can ❤ all are amazing actors!

I'll never get tired of hearing Margot's passion in the making of Barbie. She knew the risk of the material, she took that risk, hired the right filmmaker to worked on it, and ended up produced the biggest movie of the year with critical acclaim by a lot of people and i'm so proud of that. As a man myself who's definitely not the target audience for Barbie, i've watched Barbie 3 times in theaters and i can definitely see the potential being a classic in the future. It could've been a piece of junk that nobody asked for but turned out to be extremely entertaining and highly satisfying. Congrats to the Barbie filmmaking team, you are so Kenough 🙌

That's a lovely reflection, because I was feeling a bit the opposite. Sometimes it's hard to pinpoint why but I get a kind of vibe from her that she is used to being in the spotlight, and that she's playing a likeable character, but is actually rather competitive and ambitious, which she tries to hide (?!). I guess what I'm saying is: she doesn't come off as very authentic (?!). But I don't know, I'm happy to read that's just me.

When Lily Gladstone speaks, it just elevates the conversation in the room. What a wonderfully erudite and elegant actress.

Absolutely love Lily Gladstone's performance in Killers of the Flower Moon. For me she is the highlight of the movie. Her sweetness, softness, loving-kindness, stillness, subtlety along with her silent anger, long suffering pain agony and grief, fragility, strength, resilience, the hope she chooses to carry in her heart, just a sight to behold. In the midst of great performances by De Niro and Dicaprio, she undoubtedly is the best of them all. Now that she has won the Golden Globe i really hope she wins the Oscar, she is well deserving of them.

Lily’s voice is so specific. Wow, what a pitch. She’s so beautiful in & out. So happy for every lady on this table. All did such a fabulous job. All deserve all the praise. Rooting for Emma, her performance in Poor Things was sublime.

Lily Gladstone has such a spiritual presence. She is humble and it's really beautiful to see her in this mix.

I enjoyed this roundtable immensely! Idk about the rest of y’all, but “I am Nora” had me in tears. Greta Lee is so humble that I don’t think she realizes the gift she gave to her mother, through her performance.

I don’t know if I’ve ever watched a Carey interview because I didn’t know that was her natural speaking voice. She speaks with an accent in every movie I’ve seen her in so hearing her in this interview threw me off. She has such a classically elegant voice!

Lily and Greta were incredible. The wisdom (and humour!) of the women at this table was incredible. Please make more!

I have never heard Carey Mulligan British voice, her ability to change accents for movies is absolutely amazing. From Drive to The Great Gatsby. Wow.

When Greta told the story about her mom saying “I’m Nora”, it destroyed me. That is incredible. What a beautiful and poetic moment for their relationship.

Nyad was an incredible film and Annette Bening deserves her flowers. Always lovely to see ‘aging’ (I mean she’s still very young) actors that play forceful roles and not grandmas or stereotypical parts dependant on their age. Loved it!

What an engrossing roundtable. They all genuinely appeared to be invested in each others storytelling. Lily Gladstone is intellectually mesmerizing.

It’s so lovely to see these amazing actors talk with such happiness about their craft. You can tell they really love their job.

Such a talented table of actors! They're all great and patient listeners as well, barely jumping in to talk over others. LOVE Lily, Greta and Anette!

As a non actor, and far from it, I still find women of this caliber speaking with each other so enriching, meaningful, and helpful. I just truly love it.

I thought it was so cool when Lily brought up Suzuki it’s such a cool form of theatre!! You can tell she’s a total theatre person I love it!

Listening to all of these ladies speak is interesting, but Lily Gladstone was new to me going into this. She is so fascinating to listen to! I definitely want to go back through her filmography after listing to her talk about her history and how she approached this role.

What an amazing group of Women! Looking forward to seeing Past Lives and Nyad as those are the two films I’ve yet to see. Poor Things and Killers of the Flower Moon were 10/10 films with 10/10 performance from Emma and Lilly. And I really enjoyed Barbie a lot more than I thought I would, Margot Robbie is always great. While I didn’t love Maestro as a whole Carry Mulligan gave a phenomenal performance and was the best part of that film. Well deserved recognition for all of these incredible actresses.

These videos are always extremely enjoyable and insightful. They fly by so fast. I love nothing more than watching a group of incredible women interact and be so comfortable and open with one another. You can tell the conversation is so cathartic for them too - speaking of their unique experiences with people who actually get it.

There are so many great performances by actresses of last year, it's really hard for me to pick which is the best and who should take home the Best Actress award, I can't even ranked it tbh. How I love and appreciate this table… I was especially excited to see Annette Bening because she is a real treasure . Her role in American Beauty is one of my absolute favorites. I have seen that movie at least 10 times.

oh i love these actresses!! lily gladstone blew my mind with her stellar performance in KOTFM. when you're able to stand out in a movie with robert deniro and leo dicaprio, you know you're a stunning performer. these men felt like supporting actors if i'm being completely honest.

Probably one of the best round tables i've ever seen. Funny, profound, entertaining and every actress in here is so commited to the process of filmmaking that just mesmerizes me.

Best On Script I've ever seen. Came for an aperitif and stayed til the bar closed. Very well moderated. Both by the planners and by the leader. So often, what's asked of these actors is so superficial. But Hollywood Reporter hit a homerun. Thank you!

This was amazing, had my complete attention the whole video and so, it just flew by. Amazing women all of them, who gave incredible performances. I think this one hit harder than any other interview for me cause i have already watch all their movies, except for Poor Things, can’t wait.

Greta Lee is phenomenal. I became a fan of hers the moment I saw her on The Morning Show. Carey, Lily, Margot, Emma, and Lady Annette...what a roundtable! I loved their conversation and interactions!

Lily said the Suzuki Method and instantly I knew why I thought her characters had such body command. I did Suzuki in acting school and it's the most incredible method to learn how to control and be in your body. So cool!

When Margot Robbie says, can I make people laugh? All I know is that whenever I see her in a movie and she starts crying, she makes me cry. She is the most beautiful, gorgeous crier and if she’s ever cried in a movie scene, I feel her pain and I feel her sadness and I cry along with her. She’s a truly talented actress ❤ I just love her.❤
