No instructions but fairly intuitive to install. You will have to pull the original hub and then install the starter hub. I did mine with a gear puller.

I believe the same starter will work on dle 120 and dle 85, right? I have a dle 85 but I'm not sure if I can use this

It won't fit the DLE 85 and will fit the 120 with some modifications.

That sounded like a helicopter

Congratulation This is motor NTM 35-42 Series 1000KV / 700W on 3s Lipol? How is starter to motor gear ratio?

Yes, a 3 cell 1000mah LiPo. Good for a weekend of starts. The gear ratio does the job but I don't know what the numbers are and the starter is buried in the cowl. So can't count the teeth. It has be operating reliably for over two years now.

How is about starter system weight? For me the total gear ratio si about 1:20. I see that electric motor don't turn after engine run. In this starter is use one-wa bearing? How do you think? It is possible use this setup without one-wa bearing as starter-generator?

I think the weight was about a pound but don't remember exactly. The main gear has a Sprag one way clutch bearing. The bearings in the secondary gears do not have strong enough bearings to handle the loads of a generator,
